1. Make solar farms and go totally solar panel to get rid of smog and power outages

2. Make all vehicles go electric to reduce smog

3. Sign an Greenpeace agreement with korea china and other polluters to go solar and ekectric. To ban coal

4. Make india secular. No religioys hatred or sentiments heard from muslims or hindus

5. Make a monument for 1984, and other minorities killed by the govt

6. Privately train a police force. That wont be under govt control. The company is liable for any thefts crime

7. Start a massive garbage disposal system. Hire ppl to be garbage collectors, to sort garbage, burn biological hazards. And recycle all else

8. Ban cooking fires until smog under control

9. All farming banned. Govt will alot ppl wat to farm. And will have to be organic

9. Create a good gutter, sewage system. So roads dont flood during monsoon

10. Build houses for poor ppl. Restart gypsy tradition. Have parks  every 100 miles where gypsys and nomads allowed to camp.

11. Create more jobs. By creating more industries. Like garbage collecting.Dairy industry. 

12. All children must learn 4 languages like in europe: english, hindi, state/local language and the souths language id ur north indian. And norths language if northern indian. 

13. Do something abt the excess plastic being used. Maybe ban plastic except for special cases. 

14.preserve historical castles. And increase tourism. Not just to visit taj mahel which is so boring but like gwalior castle..soo vast. And bhool bhaliya

15. Preserve or create lost forests

16. Encourage each state to be different and soverign and encourage friendly competition between states

17. If another state uses another states water or resources. PAY FOR IT

18. Political jobs esp a politician cant be passed within families. If u ra politician. For 2 generations, ur descendants cant hold any political position.

19. Encourage students to not only be engineers or doctor or lawyer but chefs, enterpneurs, farmers, fashion designers,teachers etc. We dont want low skilled ppl to do these jobs. Butthe best who have the passion.

20. Encourage life outside of school.

21. Create more outdoor activities parks like skateboarding, ice skating, rollar blading, skiing, kayaking, snorkeling. 

22. Try to make india more cleaner, more safer, more freer than the west

India is supposedly a federal states model  but unfortunately it has corruption built in and putting non qualified 'Rajas' at the head of these will not correct that in fact make it easier to abuse the people.

no way should the country be called arya anything , 1. it is not a proven thing  2. the country belongs to mulnivasis more than 'ayrans' so would be insulting . 3. if anything' Alliance of federal republics of India' would be closer to what you want.

high volume non privatised transport links would knock smog down faster than stopping garib's choola ...

investment in high speed interstate train links would reduce traffic volumes  and increase safety on roads

banning farming is dumb , how are people going to eat ? Fine reintroduce organic farming by giving cash incentives to farmers , remove corrupt middle men who give unfair prices for crops , allow co-operatives to be set up for farming collectives to share equipment and resources , sell for best prices to whomever they like not just Government. also specialist development banks which lend out money to poor to develop businesses at low cost rates .

police force should be trained thoroughly and assessed psychologically for criminality/racism/psychopath tendencies before hand . If a police officer is found guilty of crimes he/she should get double the sentence of ordinary citizens since they are there to uphold law. Same lawyers, judges, teachers and politicians .

Anti social behaviour like flytipping , leaving animals to roam streets, fields destroying crops (my mama suffered major motor bike crash at night because of untethered buffalo lying in street) , loud transmission of gandey lyriced songs , sexual harassing/assaulting  people on street , in schools, and on public transport will result in photo and name being published in ALL newspapers in the vicinity on top of court punishment. People have more care for image than true remorse or shame .

One Child policy in China has led into thousands of abandoned girls , people choosing a son over a daughter so the ratio between sexes is skewed creating more danger for girls.

Create a culture of less consumption of non recyclable goods , collection of compostable waste to enrich soils which are depleted

Have highly efficient crematorium available for free to poor , laws on giving way to ambulances/fire engines/police as a priority , no VVIP status <banned word filter activated> shutting down all roads even to emergency vehicles.

yes to preventing neopotism but no outright bans on families as often a son will follow a father into same field and if both are good and wise administrators the people will lose out .

Government already meddles in land projects too much already just look at how singhs were treated in Rajasthan and Gujarat ,landgrabbing  from honest hardworking ex-army families after they spilt blood sweat and tears to create arable land from desert scrub

All the dam projects which stole river water from us were controlled from on high , there was very little people could but protest , you cannot take away their rights to protect their land and homes as often they are not compensating by the government
