I watched a few mins of Married at First Sight Australia, which they show here on cable/satellite TV.... I have spent (wasted) a lot of my time over the years watching Neighbours also

Married at first sight is literally a Trainwreck, which why I've wasted so many hours in February and March all those years watching it.

It doesn't affect me that much. Recently, I havn't been watching properly, normally do homework or other stuff while watching it.
