I am not writing this to start any debate or so, just want to share information so we can concentrate on doing more simran and sewa. This is the time(by the end of December), when we can achieve more in less time. The above link summarizes the same thing. People seeking spirituality, can achive the higher self in less time. So after 6 months or so I feel comfortable in saying I can sing Japji Sahib, it takes around 34 minutes as I sing it slow and clear. However in saying that , i do not know the meaning of the words being spoken. As I use transliteration when reading but memorized the majority of the paath. I am thinking of starting to read the Gurmukhi versions of Japji Shaib, so I can read and understand clearly. Question is has anyone been in this situation and does anyone have any helpful tips.

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh, I need someone who could translate a small letter for my baba...I need to send it tomorrow and would appreciate someone who could just retype it in Punjabi so i can print it and send it. back then was waaaay different. ppl didn’t attend higher education or have much to do after the age of like… 13, lol. you’d have 13 year olds boys and girls that know how to do kethi, cook entire meals, etc nowadays even 22 year olds are extremely immature and can be sheltered. the average person doesn’t know how to do anything except their 9-5 which they are probably half arsing as well. -

Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
