The Ning singhs in India treat marijuana as deg, is this correct? I've asked old people they said marijuana isn't against the religon but can make you act goofy. Is it ok for people to do? What do you think?

Mark tully was a bbc reporter based in indian during the 1980s. Mark Tully is of anglo indian background.During his reporting he presents a very selective bias version of the events during the 1980s. Chosees to call Bhindrawale a khalistani, when all evidence show bhindrawale fought for the Anandpur Sahib resloution. Calls the killing of 10000 sikhs in india as a riot. Oxford dictionary definition of a riot as disturbance of the peace, Slaughter of 10000 people is more than an unpeaceful disturbance As a hindi speaker never mentions Amitabh bachans speech blood for blood.Which was aired on state india tv .Any good reporter would have watching all reports of events duri…

Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh, ok so this is my first post, i apologise for any mistakes or if this topic is being repeated... I'm 23 yrs old, been blessed with a job and my parents have started to ask me about marriage etc. Now Dasm pita ji has given me Amrit, however my parents are not following a similar way of life. The people they know, socialise with are the same, so I didn't exactly expect the offers to come rolling in. the goos thig is that they were really understanding about my requirements. So we came to the conclusion that I could tel them if i knew of an appropriate match - this leads to my predicament....How do i find one? obviously this pe…

My friend has an relation with a girl. They are not Amritdhari, but planning to take Amrit after their marriage. They DO NOT have / had physical contact. In the past that girl had an relation with an another boy, it didnt turn out to be something what she was waiting on. He did many bad things to her. They didnt have any physical contact. Because the relationship was ended, her parents made a deal that she would be kicked out from the house if they didnt marry. Some family gave her shelter and she is now working and building up her own home. After that, the girl has been blackmailed and set under pressure by the old guy and he spreads hatred against that girl. She fe…

GurFateh to all. Before I start could I please request that only those members reply that actually have sound advice to give and are not here to ridicule. Thanks I'm 24 years old, and have been introduced through friends to a girl, (as I told them I am Looking for a partner for marriage) the girl and I get on extremely well and both have similar future plans. I have brought this up with my parents, and they have discarded the idea as she is not from "our caste" as they remind me that we are Jatt and she is a Khatri. As far as we are both concerned, in line with the tenants of Sikhism we aren't doing anything wrong as the Gurus refused any notion of the caste syste…
