Got another riddle this is easier :TH:

Riddle 3:

A murder is sentenced to be executed. There are 3 doors: One is full of fire, the other is occupied with the Chinese mafia, and the third is full of lions that haven't eaten in three years. Which of the rooms is safest for him to go in?

You are lost in a forest, and you come across two paths, guarded by two people. If you take the wrong path, you die, but if you take the right path, you escape from the forest into paradise. As for the guards, one of them tells nothing but lies, while the other always tells the truth. You can ask one guard one question in order to get out. What question can you ask that guarentees you will get out of the forest, regardless of which guard you ask?

lol you ask one of the guards what the other guards answer would be . the one who always tells the truth would tell you that the liar would say the wrong path. the liar would think of the path the turthful one would say an then lie an give you the wrong path. so you take the other path to whatever answer you get :devil:

For Riddle 3 i was going to say the room with the chinese mafia, cos i thought the murderer could strike a deal and they could get him out lol, my mistake :devil: .

Presuming that one of them tell nothing but lies.. one of them would say no.

but it never said that the guard telling lies was guarding the path to death. so if you asked "are we in a forest" you're only going to know which one is the liar, not which path to take.

Yeah you need to ask one of the guard one question that will help you get out of the forest. But one of the guards lies and one of them tells the truth, so what question would you ask that that would help you get out? :TH:

Clue: It would be the same question for both of them.

You would ask one guard if the other one would call him a liar.

If you asked the one thats a liar, he would say "no". (The guard who tells the truth would say that the liar is the liar = yes. But the liar always lies so he would say no.)

If you asked the one who tells the truth, he would say "yes". (The liar would say that the guy who tells the truth is the liar = yes. So the guy who always tells the truth would say yes.)
