Anyone here taken some classes in kick boxing ... how is it keeping in mind sikh sroop ... i m thinking of going for it but not much sure ... i learned judo for few months but it was to take falls for hours with ur turban on ... hmmm any views about kick boxing ???

where is the shastar vidiya or gatka class at baba sang? i was sat in the main hall for an hour becuase i thought it was there, i had a look around the gurdwara but couldn't find where it was.
