Vaheguru Jee Kaa Khalsa Vaheguru Jee Kee Fateh!!

Dear Sangat Jee we are facing many problums is sikhi and this one especially please read and so something about it.

Ek Niwas is a Universal Devine Temple, where people from all sorts of religions worship. They have a Guru Granth Sahib Jee saroop their, next to other Hindu idols. They dont do prakash or sukhaan of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee. They dont respect it to the standard of it should be respected.

Someone posted something about EK Niwas having Guru Granth Sahib Jee next to idols. Yes, this is true. Guru Nanak Gurdwhara Segely Street went into the EK NIWAS with kirpans and took the Guru Granth Sahib Saroop out. Also their was a khanda on the gate, with symbols of other religions, the singhs also got a crowe bar and took the khanda off. The singhs threatened the BABA AND MATA OF EK NIWAS saying if you place a Guru Granth Sahib Saroop IN THIS PLEASE WE WILL STAB YOU. BUT, the Baba and Mata Jee have replaced another saroop of Guru Granth Sahib Jee. This so called BABA OF EK NIWAS left a women with children of three, to join this women who is so called Mata Jee of EK NIWAS. My aunty goes to this place and when i asked her Why did Guru Nanak Gurdwhara take the Guru Granth Sahib Jee out and do you know what she said, she said "Guru Nanak Gurdwhara was loosing out on profits because alot of sikhs come to EK NIWAS thats why they attacked", this is how much they have been brain washed by mata and and the so called BABA of EK niwas. This buisness of Mata and Baba is meant to help Ill people. They are millionaires.

We most attack this EK Niwas and take the Guru Granth Sahib Jee's Saroop out. We

most go as a jatha and do it.

Lets make a date on what day we do this because it most be done. Please reply back as we need to go with as many people as we can, so please do get your friends to come because their doing our Guru's beadi. We need to discuss a date and go as sikhs and take our Guru out of this place and threat this Baba who is a threat to sikhi because he does have lots of sikh followers. Lets do something about this, as a sikh kaum should.

Please reply back and we should discuss this as serious matter.

Some Singhs have visited the British Library this afternoon.

As per their e-mail yesterday Sri Guru Granth sahib jee has been moved, but they have a very big old Gukta and Sri Dasam Granth jee still on display in glass cabinets.

We have sent several e-mails to Chief-Executive@bl.uk, Jasleen.Kandhari@bl.uk, Graham.Shaw@bl.uk, hsr@asht.info with the following points:

1) Revoke Sri Dasam Granth Ji on "display" currently in the Library exhibition.

2) How many saroops of Guru Granth Sahib Ji & Sri Dasam Granth Ji does the British Library have?

3) The storage of saroops of Guru Granth Sahib Ji & Sri Dasam Granth Ji ? What about daily prakash and maryada?

4) We are putting pressure for Guruji's saroops to be looked after by a UK Gurdwara which will give respect & allow Sikhs to have darshan (in accordance to British Library's requirements).

We are still waiting for reponses on any of the above.

I agree a lot with Gursa singh.

I would to say from behalf of me thank you to the singhs and singhnis who helped to take the Guru Granth Sahib Jee out of the British libary, and you are a great aspect to sikhism, And i hope the other missions are completed.

Vaheguru jee bless the singhs and singhnis with kirpa who do seva for our beuatiful sikhi.

I think it would be acceptable for the library to keep the saroops (they should because then it would be preserved, at a gurudwara, some raagis would use it for akhand patt or do agan bhett and that would be bad) under following conditions:

1) They do proper sukhasan of guru sahib on a manji, sheets ramallas, chanani the works

2) The room has no other rooms above it

3) No shoes, meat, alcohol, tobacco are allowed in the room (preferably the building)

4) All people must cover their heads before entering the room

5) if all gurbani manuscripts were kept in one room like this, it would be acceptable, in fact they could use this room as a sikh manuscript display where we can just visit the room for darshan, ie with special escort/appointment.

6) A gurmukh granthi (prefferably a gursikh who knows what he is doing, i would be inclined to say a long time sevadar of taksal) is allowed full access at least once a week to do parkash, make sure respect is being given, etc and perhaps to give darshan of saroops to visitors.
