Thing is the Taliban consider themselves as the true muslims and the school teachers and children as fake muslims, therefore by distinguishing them mushikreen or whatever term they use and feel that they are justified and consider those children and teachers as legitimate targets. They see themselves following Islam to the letter.

This attack was done by Pakistani Taliban also known as TTP who are different from Afghan Taliban. As bad as the Afghan Taliban is, but even they condemned this attack as being wrong. In Pakistan, the army is carrying out a military operation against the TTP called operation Zarb E Azb which is aimed in flushing out the TTP from their strong hold of Waziristan since they have carried out a lot of terrorist attacks all over Pakistan killing tens of thousands. That is why the TTP attacked the army school whose students are mainly children of Pakistani soldiers.

It's interesting that there are no debates between 'true' Muslims and 'fake' Muslims on the web. You get Muslim debating all sorts of stuff bringing their Islamic BS into everything but where are the so-called moderates debating with the extremists? There aren't any because sorry to blow all your bubbles but ISIS, Bokok Haram and Taliban are living examples of what Islam is. A so-called moderate Muslim would not have a leg to stand on which his Islam means Peace BS. The moderates are just lax Muslims who do not take their religion seriously but they will never challenge the extremists because they know that they would be beaten as their moderate views are not Islamic.

What ISIS did to the Yazidis, killing the men and raping the women and enslaving the children is exactly with Mohammed did during his career. How many Muslims have you seen condemning what ISIS did to the Yazidis?
