Yes, absolutely. Ironically, the contemporary champions of the LGBT movement, who seem to determined for it to pass into mainstream acceptability, also derive their key organisational figureheads from those same tribes. Which group was responsible for the writings of the Old Testament? 🤔😅

From what I understood the Talmud was written by humans claiming priesthood through bloodlines ,by this time they were tainted by babylonian god worship out in the open due to the corruption of the temple through the non jewish wives and partners of the Kings including Solomon and David.

Luciferianism is also incredibly embracing of homosexuality as well as paedophilia. In fact, it's considered a key element of some sects' worship where sex magick rites are performed.

The church themselves are to  a considerable extent responsible for the rise of the satan-worshipping sects , incl the one u mentioned. The horrors of inquisitions and crusades are not a hidden thing from the world. So many have been killed in name of jesus and god, some believe than its counterpart the satan must be the nice guy who just got vilified because of propaganda lol .

All these are mere parody religions, incl the 'church of flying sphagetti monsters' . They were created specifically to indirectly ridicule the tenets of religions , esp christianity

How comes so many gay blokes seem so abnormally smiley like this? Or is it just me who has this perception?

Expect gay and transgender Anand Karaj ceremonies in the near future. No bundha with an ounce of awareness and anakh wants to be associated with a belief system that promotes this type of shite. Soon, Sikhi in the West will be populated by a gaggle of pink-turbanned, bearded, effeminate weirdos, and those who will object will be vilified as being un-Sikh and lacking Gurmat values. This is clown world.

The word they use is "physiognomy " for particular physical features.

I completely expect it to happen. Either through “acceptance” of such things, or due to legislation ie illegal to discriminate even in religious places.

I wonder if Sikhi will even exist in the future or whether it will be morphed into something entirely unrecognisable or absorbed into something else.

Although I don't agree with homosexuality, he does make a point that as Khalse we should stand up against oppression. So the main thing is that we shouldn't practice homosexuality but if someone else does we shouldn't hate them.

I don't think gay Anand Kaaraj will ever happen. It's clearly against Rehit Maryada and you can see that everyday people are coming into Sikhi and learning more and more especially the younger generation from Basics of Sikhi and all the other seva organisations so they are more aware about these topics and understand how to deal with them. However we should have more of these worldly discussions in the Gurdwara too so all Sangat what the Gurmat Perspective is.

If Sikhs like Satpal Singh seize the reigns of mainstream Sikhi and repurpose it as a "progressive" vehicle for moral and spiritual relativism -- where anything goes because apparently everything is permissible under the guise of defending and promoting the intolerable -- then there's very little you or anyone can do to arrest those developments without being made to seem as an intolerant bigot on the wrong side of history.

Believe it or not, decent and just things aren't guaranteed to happen for the Panth or Sikhs in general just because we wish it so. All those Sants and Mahapurakhs who apparently use to avert world wars or apocalyptic scenarios involving worldwide destruction by praying to Akal Purakh, better start cracking on with their bhagti, because there's a Bummageddon on the horizon, and I don't want to be caught with my kacherra down. 😂

Look, I don't condone throwing gay people off buildings or whatever. I've met plenty of gay/bisexual guys over the years who seem to be decent blokes compared to a helluva lot of hetrosexuals. So it's not about hating gays at all (I don't), it's just trying to have clear moorings for Sikh society.

I actually have empathy with regard to them being born that way. We as a community just need to have a clear stance on these things (and other things). Everyone is better served that way, including them, who seem to live in some twilight zone in the community right now.

But I do point a judgemental finger at some parents though,  who I believe should have picked up things about their son's sexuality earlier on, and maybe not push them to be so overtly religious and thus pressured into Sikhi in the first place. I know you can't always tell who is gay, but with some guys it is blatantly obvious from young!

I don't think we should we should condone anyone beating them up or torturing them though.

Things like their physiognomy (hehehe learnt a new word) and behaviour traits (i.e. campness) give it away sometimes - though with today's younger metrosexual generation it is a bit hard for some more mature folks to tell them apart. Welcome to the 21st century.

It's one thing to say, "here's a video, I'm linking to it but not endorsing it whatsoever."

It's quite another to say "Well done to the makers of this show."

"I always have and always will support a person's right to live as they wish to without hatred and oppression."

What hatred and oppression? Like @dallysingh101 pointed out, we don't throw gays off buildings. That's an Muslim specialty.

All we're saying is don't present homosexuality as a favored lifestyle. Because young people who are unsure of themselves are attracted towards that kind of stuff.

"Another person may may agree or understand with it, but Gurmat values have demonstrated in the past that the duty of spiritually aligned people is to defend the rights of others towards freedom of expression, with no exceptions."

With no exceptions?  Really? Such a blunt and uncompromising statement? Who is the extremist here?

"Please watch with an open-mind."

Does he have a mind open to the possibility that going down the same road as Westerners will also lead to failed marriages and declining population, leading to national suicide?

"P.S. I won't be entering into any lengthy discussions in the comments section."

OK, so I guess he reserves the right to make snarky 1-line comments accusing people of "homophobia" but not any "lengthy" discussions in which he'd have to defend his position?

Sure.

It's just strange that merely not wanting to go down the road Westerners have gone down (free sex, pre-marital sex, not marrying, bathhouse homosexual culture, becoming a female from a man and then back again whenever you feel like it) is considered "oppression" by Satpal Singh.
