What are your thoughts on r/Sikh?

Do you think it is better than Sikh Sangat?

It is definitely more active than othe Sikh forums.

great content on there and they're a great bunch over tht side I think its mostly Canadian and US based Sikhs on there and more UK based on here. I use both forums

It's not limited to restrictions from certain jathas and sant babas, such as you can post about jhatka.

Also probably more knowledgable people on there than on sikhsangat, as was found on sikhawareness forum in the past.

There are restrictions such as normally only being able to post one thread per day per user.

Also because it is reddit, posting images and videos in the comment replies only posts links without previews

I honestly was there and I made a post about dasam granth and Sarbloh Granth and so many people were calling it fake. Not bani of Guru.

 Most people there are reformist Sikh. I once said that I personally believe Devi Devta exist and I got over like 20 downvotes. People were toxic and when I brought shabads from Dasam Granth they started calling it fake.

Lots of Gian is there but also lots of ignorance.

yes that is true, but that's because there are a lot of Canadian sikhs on there that come from jathas and sects, also canada has anti-dasam Granth personalities like Kala Afghana, missionary sikhs and Singh Sabha international organisations.

Ah hah. Found Katha regarding the departure of Guru Gobind Singh Maharaja and Dasam Granth. ...

It should be linked to about 23:30 where it covers this. Originally I started sifting for this because of the now closed stabbing theory thread. Not only does it cover that but has info about Dasam Guru Granth Sahib Ji for the reddit kids.
