ya they sell it for cheaper also we have these things called oil carts and batteries tht dispensarys sell for like 70 dollars but the dealers give it to u for 30.

The carts are diluted. Not adulterated thankfully per se usually, but diluted.

They're half price because they only have half the real oil in them. The rest is turpines and filler.

None of it hits your brain right unless you eat it really.

thats a real concern but the few ppl involved here tht i know of have insiders working in the dispensarys, and ppl shipping them in get compromised suddelnly lose large amounts in transit and we all know where they end up

Fell off a truck is the other way to undercut the price of a legal good. Classic.

In BC province there is wide problem of punjabis killing punjabis its happening almost everyday now. its so sad because bc sikh community is home to lot of ppl who were directly affected by events in the 80's and now there own kids are doing this stuff. I have seen modi bakht types use this against us say things like u sikhs r jus killing eachother off, ''kanneda taxi driver'' etc

A day after Vancouver police issued a rare public warning related to six “targeted” gangsters, B.C.’s anti-gang agency has released a poster featuring the names and photos of more men who could be marked for violence.

The Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit said the 11 people on its list pose a risk to anyone near them throughout the Lower Mainland.

The poster features three men identified by the Vancouver Police Department, as well as eight others from various gangs involved in the violent Lower Mainland conflict that has left 41 dead or injured so far this year.

“CFSEU-BC is advising the public to avoid any interaction with these 11 individuals, as police believe these individuals may be targets for future violence,” Sgt. Brenda Winpenny said in a news release.

CFSEU’s chief officer Manny Mann said the “release of names and photos of individuals who currently pose a significant risk to public safety due to their nexus to ongoing gang violence is another step in our collective and coordinated efforts.”

RCMP Asst. Commissioner Dwayne McDonald said police throughout the province “will continue to use every lawful tool at our disposal to prevent, suppress and disrupt gang-related activity.”

“This includes overt and covert enforcement strategies, as well as public warnings,” he said. “Citizens deserve to be able to enjoy all their communities have to offer without fear of being caught in the crossfire of a gang shooting.”

On Monday Vancouver Police released the photos, names and ages of six gangsters with links to Vancouver who pose a significant risk to the safety of the public. On Monday Vancouver Police released the photos, names and ages of six gangsters with links to Vancouver who pose a significant risk to the safety of the public.

The new list includes Brothers Keepers gangsters, a Hells Angel, two closely aligned with slain drug trafficker Anees Mohammed, a United Nations gangster, and several independent drug traffickers.

Included are Barinder Dhaliwal, 37, his brother Meninder, 27, and Damion Ryan, 40, who were all included on Vancouver’s list on Monday. As well, CFSEU named Shakiel Basra, 26, Albert Dario, 26, Samroop Gill, 28, Sumdish Gill, 27, Amarpreet Samra, 26, Ravinder Samra, 24, Joseph Whitlock, 28, and Min Zin, 21.

Meanwhile, a convicted kidnapper whose photo was released by the VPD on Monday, said he has hired a lawyer to get his name removed from the poster.

Harjit Deo told Postmedia that he was “shocked” to see himself on the TV news while at work on Monday.

“They’ve put myself on this list. And my brother as well. But honestly, since my charges in 2005, I have nothing to do with any of this gang stuff,” he said. “I don’t know anybody — all these (Brothers Keepers) names. I don’t even know them. I haven’t associated with any one of these people.”

He said he was not given any warning by law enforcement that he might be targeted in the gang conflict.

After serving his sentence for kidnapping, he says he now has a construction company, a wife and a young family.

Asked about the murder of his brother Sukh in Toronto in 2016, Deo said: “We really had nothing to do with that. We were here. He lived out there for a while. And you know, whatever happened there, happened there. It has nothing to do with what’s going on here.”

His father, Parminder, is still on Interpol’s list, wanted in India for allegedly drug trafficking.

Deo said he doesn’t live with his father, who has hired lawyers “to clear his name.”

Deo has now contacted a lawyer and says the list is putting both he and his family at risk.

Lawyer Matthew Nathanson said he understands police wanting to take a proactive approach “in light of the recent public shootings,” but “listing people as top gangsters is problematic.”

“It defamed the character of those named in the absence of any charges, and often in the absence of any proof,” said Nathanson, who represents a client on the VPD list who he declined to name.

“Unless there is clear and compelling evidence that specific people pose an imminent threat to public safety, the police should not go down this road.”

Funny thing is that most of these guys come from good homes. BC housing is ridiculous, probably one of the most expensive places to live in Canada. I see similar things in the Panjabi dominated area in the city I live in. These kids get brand new Mercs, BMWs right off the get go. They have very supportive families yet try to pursue some sort of "gangster" persona and sell drugs.
