Social workers in Bradford turned a blind eye when a 15-year-old grooming victim took part in an Islamic marriage to one of her abusers, a damning report revealed yesterday.

Despite the teenager not coming from a Muslim background, professionals meant to protect her then allowed the parents of her 'husband' to foster her after she became pregnant, it revealed.

One of her social workers allegedly even attended the wedding ceremony.

The terrified girl – referred to as 'Anna' – was left in a state of 'domestic slavery', too scared to leave the controlling relationship for fear she would be the victim of an honour killing, she told the report's authors.

Details emerged yesterday in an independent report into the treatment of five abuse victims in the West Yorkshire city over the past two decades, which found that 'children suffered abuse no child should have to experience'.

Alarmingly, it concluded that some youngsters in Bradford 'remain unprotected' from sex exploitation.

The report – described by the body which commissioned it as making 'difficult and, at times, distressing reading' – began two years ago after nine men of Pakistani heritage were jailed for more than 57 years over the sexual exploitation of girls who had been in Bradford Council's care.

Anna was placed in residential care as a teenager in 2002 but went missing more than 70 times, according to the report. She disclosed details of sexual abuse – including rapes – to a confidential support service for girls involved in prostitution, but nothing was passed on to police or social workers.

The following year, aged 15, she told the project worker she had converted to Islam and married her older Asian 'boyfriend' in a Sharia law ceremony.

The report said it appeared there had been 'collusion' with this by her social worker 'who allegedly attended the ceremony and assessed that her marriage was likely to reduce the risks incurred when Anna was missing'.

Staggeringly, despite becoming pregnant, after a review Anna was formally placed with her abuser's parents as a foster child, with the family even paid a fostering allowance.

The report began two years ago after nine men were jailed for more than 57 years over the sexual exploitation of girls who had been in Bradford Council's care. Pictured: Basharat Khaliq, Saeed Akhtar, Naveed Akhtar, Parvaze Ahmed, Zeeshan Ali, Fahim Iqbal, Izar Hussain, Mohammed Usman and Kieran Harris who were all jailed at Bradford Crown Court in 2019

Anna told the report's author: 'At 14 years old I was engaged to be married, taking on the role of an Islamic wife fulfilling the needs of my husband and the extended family somewhat like a maid.

'We had no similarities in race, religion or culture and I continued to be subject to domestic violence and was subject to a coercive, controlling sexual relationship with a known perpetrator. I was frightened to leave, in fear of an honour-based killing.'

The report concluded: 'It is hard to understand how this decision can have been made and it resulted in Anna being entirely reliant on her abuser and his family.'

Instead of protecting her from harm, the placement left her 'at greater risk and made her entirely dependent on them', it added.

While there, she was subjected to 'domestic slavery' and 'sexually abused and exploited by dozens of adult males', it went on.

The Bradford Partnership – which includes Bradford Council children's services and Bradford Police – has since apologised to young abuse victims who had been failed.

It said a large number of defendants have been found guilty and given substantial prison sentences. The joint statement said: 'We believe that practice across all agencies is improving... but there is much more to do.'

Here's me reflecting over decades, recalling all the idiots from our own community who used to say this type of stuff didn't happen, or was exaggerated.

All the 'sianay' who called people highlighting this stuff, 'trouble makers'.

All the daft thirsty apneean who thought Sikh blokes telling them about these people were lying.

I guess some progress has been made.

who was the social worker ?

some gori scumbag who didn't want to do her job but get rid of her problem case child by witnessing an illegal marriage , minimum age is 16 WITH parental consent. So she got around it by making the girl a ward of the muslim abuser's family who would of course being foster parents be entitled to give permission in loco parentis. That highlights the extreme need to protect our kids going into the system by having more sikh foster families, otherwise next criteria used is punjabi ...

inbreds at it again y dont uk guys just smash there head in no sul has tatey to do this in canada y is so diff in uk

There appears to be a culture of protecting sexual predators going all the way to the top here. Plenty of Sikh guys have battled this. They've been given disproportionate prison sentences, been put on gang and extremist lists. Police, media, government itself  and social services seem to be complicit. Even indigenous working class white girls were abused on industrial scales here........

Be careful in Canada, it might be like you describe now, but these pedos will slowly work their way in after identifying the vulnerable/susceptible in the community.  Don't think it can't happen there. They rely on complacency. You have to be eagle eyed and sharp. These guys are usually deranged sociopaths too, so they'll stoop to whatever low level they require.

Another problem we had here for decades (and still do to) is politically correct and sycophantic people within our own community playing it down and attacking people who were combatting it.

That all being said, awareness and organisation within the UK panth about this, is better than ever. We've disrupted it. But everyone here should be extra vigilant now.  Lockdown helped keep predators at bay for a while, but now things are opening up again, expect them to be up to their old tricks. Because of the political situation here, they are less likely to target gorian now, and focus on other communities, like ours.

Is it true though in Canada. Heard there are cases where they'd been after Sikhs and inner fighting..but not as bad as UK. Canada Punabi culture is something else.  Either conservative Sikhi or Liberalism.

Shouldn't put our hands under the sand. Underage is wrong, but i know some make their own choice then regret later. Others out of their free will. Punjabi culture for you. There is choice and choosing the right path our community doesn't make those right choices. Starts from upbringing imo

That's where the US has got it right. You get caught out like that, you're going down hard. Probably getting your 'cheeks split' inside too. Here..........God knows what these degenerates are thinking. People stopping the pedo rapists get longer sentences than the nonces. Hell, even the queen's son looks like he's in that gang. My mom would f**k me off over a lot less than pedophilia, this old bag is protecting him. What kind of message is that sending to the english people?

I think the phrase is: 'burying our heads in the sand (like an ostrich), not hands.

Do ostriches really bury their head in the sand? - BBC Science Focus Magazine

First, like Gurjant said, it's ILLEGAL. And what were the police doing all those years the groomers were rampant? Stupid crap, like arresting black boys for selling £15 bags of sukha. What kind of priorities is that? I remember growing up, getting pulled up by police (okay I was bunking school), but they'd be grown ups in cars parked outside girls schools!

I think it's a lot more complicated than what you say anyway. Plenty of girls who've had 'good upbringings' get caught out. So many of them act all coy, but the first minute they get an opportunity (like say at university) it's full on sl@g mode. Sometimes all the closeted upbringing is what gets them into trouble in the first place. They finally meet males unsupervised and have absolutely no clue about any potential dangerous situations they put themselves in.  Then their <banned word filter activated> girlfriends don't even advise them properly, giggling along and encouraging them.

We are humans, unless we're taught about attraction, potential dangers and other important stuff, we go into the world unprepared. And back in the day - no parents would talk about these things to young girls, it was taboo. I blame conservatism on our communities part for a big part of this. You got gullible females, hormones blazing, let loose like lambs to a slaughter. Plus lots of them have low IQs.  Perfect situation for predators.

One. The english are simply pedophiles so they're protecting their culture. Literally descended from sodomites.

As for sentences...if you're looking at a sentence you either decided to make a public stand and wanted to get caught, or Krodh set you up to make a mistake while doing the right thing and get caught. If one is so sure as to the guilt of a sex offender, they should be dealt with in a way that leads to no charges against the protector.

After my last self defense arrest I realized I shoulda just caught the dude slipping instead of waxing rightous at him until he swung on me, before humiliating him. He was a racist pedo.  Police protected. Informant.

Even with video evidence of him attacking me I still had to post bail, get a lawyer, fight it in court, take a bs plea deal just to save everyone time and money.

The regular police I first dealt with left, and with them I was fine, then they had this nazi looking cop come in to specifically mishandle the justice, coerce witness statements and call in a favor with the DA.

Conveniently parked around the corner before it happened.

If someone comes at you, take note and get them later, if at all possible. It can be a fake encounter and you can be drawn into them just by your insincts as a Sikh.

Note the first two officers were dispatched at random, the nazi was already there waiting for the call to be answered so he could conveniently come help.

Oh and did he try and get me with just a little battery etc? Oh no. He mentally gymnasticed self defense into a felony even though the attacker only got a light spanking. A very instant, one sided light spanking. But when I had him pinned I took his phone and tossed it, not wanting him to be armed with glass, and that was how I quote unquote prevented him from calling 911, which is almost like kidnapping. Even though he was given the phone back immediately and he and I both called dispatch at the exact same time.

Disarming is just a reflex after we pin in Aikido.

ha ya i meant head not hands lol

I'm mean it is obvious due to politics and not wanting to marginalise that group. Agree i know those who went by free will and married off. But you don't see it with their community as much. Even their less religious are still conservative compared to ours.

This is Sharia law, pure and simple. I'm aware of a few cases of children being forcibly removed by social services to place them with Foster families who go on to abuse them. Unregistered babies from abroad have been used in ritual sacrifices. The rot is deep as it is a Satanic Cult that is at the helm of power.

So they are hand in glove with the islamists who may be cult members themselves.

The secret courts are complicit in all this as was clear from the Hampstead kids' case even though proof of anal penetration was noted in the medical notes. Yet the mother who filed the complaint was hounded out of the UK and the British perpetrator their father was handed the kids.  He was even supported by the BBC by allowing him public space. Those supporting the kids and the mother were thrown in jail.

They have been placing such monsters in local councils and parties through various loopholes. Ruthless victimisation is meted out to anyone trying to obtain justice.

Now that the Indian govt has stopped many of these NGO's from adopting babies, the church has started breeding their own. They are currently offering incentives to those having 5 children.

    • Local authorities aren't eager to adopt private roads anymore, so all the residents will be liable for any costs in maintaining the road. New builds aren't really a great buy as they are overpriced and many companies are just cutting corners with shoddy workmanship. Personally I would never buy a new build. It is better to buy an older property after getting a full survey done and if there are issues highlighted in the survey such as leaky roof etc, you can negotiate a reduction with the seller. The older properties have been around for over 100 years while I bet some of the new builds will not last 50 years before they need major repairs and or/ demolition.  Although if the house is an investment and you have worked out all your numbers and want to sell after a few years or rent it out then I suppose this could be a good deal. As they say, make sure you do your due diligence.
    • Punjab's GDP was $70 billion in 2020. If we take the example of UK Sikhs, I would estimate that each UK Sikh if they were to liquidate their property, their investments and their goods, each one would be worth about £100,000, that's taking account of the fact that many families who have been established here for more than 50 years are worth over a £1 million while the recent arrivals might only be worth a few thousand pounds, As the census showed, Sikhs have a higher level of property ownership (over 80%) then even the white population. In the UK property have grown hugely over the years. Taking the average of £100,000 then UK Sikhs have to potential to pump in $70 billion into Punjab about the same as the GDP. If the average of the UK is taken for the whole of the diaspora then this would mean the diaspora could potentially pump in $280 billion into Punjab in one go, four times the current GDP of Punjab if the diaspora were to return to Punjab.
    • It depends on what the political geography is when they go back. If Punjab is independent then the influx of cash rich migrants back to their homeland will certainly be a big asset for Punjab. Given that a good number of the youth will be professionals like doctors, dentists, IT experts, accountants, lawyers etc this will mean that Punjab has the potential to become a IT hub as well as provide good quality healthcare for the population. Possibly even the creation of a national health service (NHS )in Punjab. With Punjab being independent, then the freedoms with which these diaspora Sikhs enjoyed aboard will have greater support and possibly stop any move towards authoritarianism in Punjab.  The diaspora is probably 2 million in number, so moving back they will create a strong demographic bloc which will need to be catered to by the politicians. Also they are more likely to vote in elections as well as take part in civic society than the native Punjabis. The only negative for the diaspora is that they also have major divisions such as being almost equally divided between British, Americans and Canadians. Add to these the smaller numbers of German, Italian, Malaysian, Singaporean, Myanmar and Australia/NZ and other Sikhs. These differences will be use by politicians to stop the diaspora becoming a strong voting bloc.  Certainly, the Punjab economy would see higher growth and the links that the diaspora has as well as their language skills will be a great asset for Punjabi companies wanting to trade with the west as well as with SE Asia and Japan. The Sikh diaspora from the middle east from places like Dubai, Kuwait, UAE and Qatar will also allow for Punjab to trade with these countries. Given that every jana khana diaspora Sikh is into IT, then Punjab would see a flurry of IT start ups and as with Israel you could see many Punjabi start up IPOs in the Nasdaq after a few years. You will also see greater mechanisation of agriculture and the move to stop the environmental damage being done to Punjab.  Along with all the economic advantage for Punjab the Punjab will also become a more interesting place, the Punjabi language will also undergo some change and probably new dialects of Punjabi being spoken in areas where a majority of the diaspora Sikhs have settled. Words from German, French, Malay, Italian will find their way into Punjabi. Also I think the 'Indian' accent of Punjabis will also change which in itself is worth separating Punjab for India just for that. Punjabis will start talking much more slowly because the young kids of the diaspora will never be able to understand the fast talking native Punjabis.  All in all it would make Punjab a much more interesting place and bring back the vibrancy for with Punjab was renowned in previous decades.
    • United Sikhs latest great idea! helping Afghan Muslim students in India, while Afghan Sikhs are being forced out or threated with conversion to the death cult! You could not stoop lower than these FUD&US!   (1) UNITED SIKHS on Twitter: "The #Afghani #students in india  need your #help . As the Afghani students lost their world in the chaos, their parents are #struggling to stand back on their feet and help #educate their children in India. #Volunteer & #Donate us at : https://t.co/jUBaMvGlTq https://t.co/i6NaLuxuwq" / Twitter
    • KA and United Sikhs have tried lately to defend their idiocy by showing how they are also helping Sikhs by posting some pictures and videos online. I think even they know now that Ravi Singh attempt to act like some Gurdwara Pardhan and block anyone critical of him is now not working. Either they change their actions or they will lose what support they have among Sikhs.  My hope is that Sikh and Punjab focussed charities like YourSeva and Sikh Relief overtake their two liberal charities. They harm these two have done far outweighs what little good they have done for Sikhs.
