Might as well stick to raw vegetables, dal and fruit. Avoid aubergines, I saw the rubbish they put down with the seeds and it is a deadly chemical.

i think these sites ....just try to keep us as veggie as possible...its just their attempt at showing us the things we might overlook..which i think is good....now its upto us if we wanna take those advice or not....just my two cent

This is why i stopped eating out, and stopped eating processed foods, then stopped eating from non amrithdaris, then started eating in only sarbloh etc...

is it necessary to avoid white sugar as well? it's filtered through bone or something but the bones are taken from an animal that died from natural causes and none of it actually ends up in the sugar.. what do you guys think?

I would like to say that I don't eat meat, but I was talking to a gursikh over the weekend, who is really well read on gurbani and he says that gurbani says pati pati torah malani, pati pati jeo, so therefore its okay to eat meat, not advocating or agreeing with it, but how do u explain that?

I've heard that SGPC and Akal Takht allow meat. Also, Nihangs eat it.

I myself am a vegetarian, but I also wonder about why the above groups allow it.
