  1. These are probably actors or regulars that the BBC know will have a particular point of view that forwards their agenda. BBC plays a similar stunt on Question Night on Thursday. They would present the show in a rural conservative area and then bus in left wing agitators to present a particular point of view, whereas the local population would more often than not have the opposite point of view.

  2. You can't trust these people who phone up to nihals shows are actually genuine. they could just be radical Muslims playing the usual deception "al taqqiyah" card to try and persuade the "kufars" to join Islam..

  3. You're splitting hairs. That's where people are going wrong in my opinion. To me a gora is a gora (okay more so when it comes to western Europeans than eastern ones). The difference between the right and left is only in terms of tactics. Where they both overlap is a deeply ingrained sense of cultural superiority and a fundamentalist type mentality that makes both feel unquestioningly confident that their way is the right way, and getting uppity when certain 'natives' assert themselves. To me the difference is like between 2 overlords in colonial Panjab, one might be openly aggressive and violent in order to impose control, whilst another might be sweet, subtle and condescending and even use financial rewards - ultimately people need to realise that they both share the same objective - which is control through subjugation, for their own advantage - they are just using two different tactics to achieve this. As a teacher, I was really shocked when it slowly dawned on me that some of my colleagues that were loudly proclaiming being a 'lefty' were complete c**ts and routinely turned a blind eye to rampant, insidious racism at work; sometimes being quite close to the people who were more openly discriminatory in high positions, or at least continuing with the charade being played. You can't trust them for sure. Plus Sikhs seem to give off a particular image, which makes us look sort of strong (not victims) and almost requiring close monitoring and putting in their place. I think that perception of success actually makes people wary, and prone to dismiss any issues we have as non-issues. What I find disturbing these days is how so many apnay seem to openly flirt with, and even support right wingers. The only way they are better than the left is that they give us clear targets to aim at in times of trouble (unlike the more sneaky, insidious f**kers), but other than that, they usually just see us useful idiots that can further their agenda and be used to cloak their outright supremacist views as some sort of evidence of them not being racist. These are not our friends. The enemy of our enemies are NOT our potential friends. These are not games we want to play, and if we do, sooner or later we will pay for it. Like we did at partition when being whiteys ethnic of choice didn't prevent heavy losses on our side when the situation on the ground changes. Sometimes I feel like we act like pawns in bigger games we are too simple to fully grasp and inevitably suffer for it when things suddenly change around us. What am I trying to get at? We are better off building ourselves up independently than relying on famously dubious 'allies' that have stabbed us in our backs so many times, it gets hard to keep count. We need to be above both right and left wing politics.

  4. Look, remember the way that BBC budhee (mutton dress as lamb) janani tried to set up that brother with the Anand Karaj thing? That's all it is - repeated again and again. Controversy sells. And the BBC (and the white mainstream media in general) are all about subtly (and no so subtly) pushing their own worldview and vision for the world outwards. If you go against it in any way - and every last Sikh with an intelligent and conscious mind would in some way or another, you will be set up as the villain. Stopping people getting married freely, supporting 'separatism', refusing to move with the times, being Islamophobic if you tackle grooming, being concerned about your own community being converted by others is being controlling, having archaic, backward beliefs etc. etc. The list of bull5hit complaints is as boring and predictable as it is endless.

  6. Human nature is most comfortable with regimented ritual and order; anything linear, one dimensional and relatively transparent is easy to grasp and easier to follow. Abstract concepts that stretch beyond our initial understanding are rejected. Funnily enough, it's why you get some Sikhs obsessing over the ritualistic aspects of the faith (there's ritual in EVERYTHING; brushing teeth is a ritual. Don't take it as a pejorative those of you who grab the wrong end of the stick more often than not) whilst overlooking the complex, non-linear and abstract parts of the Sikh faith. For most people who follow a religion, they just want a set of instructions to follow that results in salvation.

  9. Well we shouldnt assume which caste he is but he is definitely Hindu although he pretends to be atheist. Why does his page only have videos targeting Sikhs and Muslims? Why not Hinduism? Why isn't he insulting the Hindu scriptures in a similar fashion? The coward does not even have the guts to show his face or do this in front of a Sikh. No matter what our political differences, we never resort to disrespecting scriptures of another religion like this coward. That's what sets Sikhs apart from the rest. Guru jee took us to another level. We don't have such cowardly traits.

  11. Most Sikhs realise this. Except what we also need to realise is that when people on the right confront muslims, there is always the Ultra left UAF types to fight them. So what you have is the white left and the white right cancelling each other out whilst the muslim can get away scot free.

  12. We should send them a clear index finger. We should let them fight it out with sullay and concentrate on strengthening ourselves and our community. We will need to in any case, if things go more rightwards. Let them decimate each other. We need to keep our causalities to a minimum.

  13. Thats true, there is a hindu panjabi from birmingham, who is very very anti-sikh/muslim, who regularly rings up, making up stuff. 1 week he says his gf is muslim, nxt week he will say hes been married for past 2 yrs, then he'll claim durin anand karaj dicussions, how his gf is sikh. The amount of wind up merchants on that show is astonishing. Nihal has a hard job, but he doesnt help himself, but u expect nothing less frm paedo bbc.

  15. Okay, I've seen that before myself. Some fudhu bandha I knew (he's dead now), was always cheating about on his missus. Eventually she left him for some sullah copper. He ended up marrying another chick from back home. That type of ish is self-inflicted and at least logical (in understanding). You get infinitely weirder, bull5hit excuses than that out there. The second issue you mentioned is one we need to face up to. We need more uniformity and clarity about these things. I think BOS have been doing a grand job to address this myself.

  17. yes sorry - I meant her ex husband who was Sikh used to beat her. She was just a sympathy seeker. She did not respect the faith that kudrat (nature) gave her. My message to peeps who reject sikhi is 'don't bite the hand that feeds you' you only get these freedoms cause you were born Sikh. at least we don't do circumsions, fgm, covering from head to toe with hijabs etc

  18. Her sikh husband was abusive to her apparently, then she left him, hooked up with some nxt sullah, n demanded she convert or they cant get married. But she tried she tried mask that part, til nihal challenged her on it. Then she tried to get sympathy by sayin her family has disowned her blah blah, yet she contradicted herself by sayin if she didnt convert, her new muslim family wouldnt accept her, dopy b!tch! The 1st bandhari who rang up claims her grandad died, n she couldnt find answers to her questions at the gurdwara, n then at sikh societies at uni. She then lambasted reincarnation, n sed how quran answered her questions on things like fasting n how fasting makes sense.....dear o dear.

  20. that woman (amreen - I think her name was), converted because she met a muslim chap, and would only marry on t he condition that she converts. Why marry on a condition ? I mean she can convert and wear a hijab, but had issues with her 'religious' husband, and so left him. Some apnia are so daft its unbelievable.

  22. Honestly, IMO cheating depends on what you're studying If you're gonna be a politician, I'd be surprised if you weren't cheating. If you're in med school, I'd be disturbed. You're not only doing yourself a disservice but also to all of you future patients. If you're in graphic design or trade school, or any liberal art for that matter, then I guess it doesn't really matter since you're only hurting yourself. If you're in general Ed, I wouldn't worry about it too much but you shouldn't cheat anyway.

  23. Genie, true although the quran videos are not his but he has featured them on his site. A Muslim posing as a Hindu would not promote insult of the quran no matter what, this is not a Muslim trait. Secondly, a Muslim false flagger would pose as a Hindu not an atheist. Which is why it cannot be a Muslim. This is definitely a Hindu. He is only promoting insults to Sikh and Muslim scriptures on his site, why no insult to Hindu scriptures? His name is a dead give away of his real origins. Sikhs dont insult other scriptures. Even in the recent beadbi cases there was a case of someone whi had ripped the Hindu scriptures as well and left it on the streets. The Sikhs collected the torn pages and kept it respectfully and gave it to the Hindus. later it was found out that it was Hindu youth who had done this to their own scripture. As for his caste. Lets not assume anything. It can be a Hindu of any caste.

  24. Sikhi has many aspects. And sometimes they dont resonate really well. Like saint and soldier. A saint would never retaliate or intervene, he would think everything is gods hukam. A soldier would resort to weapons as a first means for any problem. Balance is key, one has to determine when to be what. So here, the concept of treating nature as containing gods light and the concept of treating our guru as the highest king are at odds. Flowers and the best most beautiful things are offered to our guru, such as honey, ivory, milk, and silks, kasthoor and kesar. Most of these things are taken away from animals and trees, sometimes forcibly. But these are the things offered to royalty. So why wouldnt we offer to guruji? Some people get upset when milk/yogurt is used to wash takhats and nishaan sahibs. Because they believe it is a waste of food. I think it depends on an individuals' sharda. If u are offering out of respect and love, it will be accepted. If u are having doubts about it being moral, dont do it. But also dont try to stop others from doing it. As they are doing it for the right reasons. Myself, Ive found, whatever we do for the guru will never be wrong. He will accept it and make it right. For example, we had a drought, but because guru sahib was coming to our house, we had to wash all our verandahs, windows, and driveway. I felt really guilty and bad for wasting water on just cleaning. But the next day, when guru ji came, it rained out of nowhere in the summer, but only for a little while. Just enough to replenish what we had used, i thought. So from then on,i never doubt anything that is done for guruji. To show him respect or love. Also, ive learned that if u want ur rosebushes to flower all year long, just cut the flowers. Then the plant will keep producing flowers to make seeds. If u dont cut flowers, the plant only flowers once, the petals fall off, and it forms rosehips which has seeds. So a lot of people cut flowers to keep roses on rose plants. Also, what of people who sell flowers for a living? Mostly thats where sikhs buy them from for throwing. But u are right, slowly the new generation should stop phasing out these old tradtitions that are not environmentally friendly. Or have no use like washing with milk. We shouldnt stop older generation from doing it. Just dont do it ourselves. And it will phase out.

Most modern Ragis read this shabad becuase: A) The shabad is short B) Becuase the shabad is short, ragis can sing it and get over with the Basant Raag stuff and start singing flimy tunes. NOTE: I am not saying Bhai Inderjeet Singh is one of those Flimy tune wale Ragis. I like his kirtan because a lot of his kirtan, he does is in Raag. And Can you put the link of where you the Gurmat Sangeet Sagar books, I can't find it on the website. I also really like Raag Kirtan.
