I think most bhagats lived many many years before Gurus' period. How can they then be the Sikhs of the Guru? However, all of them had their Gurus to help them reach the final destination, Sachkhand. Now some people would argue that Sachkhand is only for Sikhs, but I do not believe this. All the Bhagats whose bani is in Sri Guru Granth Sahib are Sachkand Niwasi. They had completed the journey of their lives. They all were united with Waheguru. If they were not, why would Guru Sahib add their Bani in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji?
