So wat if jazzy b has done the song, i think its great, he got on SAnt ji's tshirt, how many others would have done that. and yes he does have guts to do it. coz nobody else would. Just coz he is not a practising Gursikh, does not mean he does not believe in God and maybe he feels strongly about defending those that have not been . Everytime he comes on stage he always says Waheguru ji ka khalsa Waheguru ji ki fateh, and he listens to dhadi jatha in his spare time to relax himself, so he dont listen to honey money singh all time. even thou i didnt like th song he did with honey singh at all, wrong step there. let these singers do songs like that, instead of stopping them, coz in india mostly, the youth listen to the likes of him, and somebody like him is the way to get awareness across to them, as they wont listen to anybody else. so u see its all gud wat he is doing, maybe its not just for his publicity, also for the the youth, coz those that wont listen to Sikhi side of things, will learn this way.

Guys come on let it go Jazzy B. did this, applaud his effort and lets support the movie.

When non Sikhs come out for support of justice we don't say "Oh you're not a Sikh you aren't allowed to stand up for our rights." Or when non Sikhs speak well about Sikhi we don't say "Hey you aren't a Sikh you have no right to say something about our religion."

When a hindu writes a book about Sant Ji and defending Sikh movement we don't say "Hey you aren't allowed to do that."

When someone who may not be a Gursikh but was raised by Sikhs comes out and tries to support justice for 84, mentions Bhai Rajoana in his song, mentions Singhs like Hari Singh Nalwa, all of a sudden we are panthic police lol.

In fact by doing this he might even lose his fan following but he's still trying to do the right thing.

Would you guys rather he did nothing. Even if Jazzy B promoting this movie got just one more person researching the events of the 80s and 90s then I view that as a great thing. Im not even a big Jazzy b fan and I think he deserves to be critisized when he releases gund in his songs but I just dont see the point of critisizing him when hes doing something good would you rather he continued to release gund music and do nothing positive. I have a friend who used to be a mona and a alcoholic but with gods grace he started to get into sikhi and grow his kesh he now wears a dastaar and has a trimmed beard hes already quit smoking and drinks much less than he used hes working on quiting that aswell hes told me he plans on becoming amritdhari in the future but after reading some of the posts here it seems to that instead of praising him for coming closer to sikhi alot of members here would see a sikh with a trimmed beard drinking and look down on him and have a holier than thou attitude without even knowig who he is how he feels or anything else about him as if all of you are perfect sikhs and have never commited a pap in your life lol

Hindu extremist group Shiv Sena is demanding that Sadda Haq is banned and a law suit put on the Producers and Jazzy B.

The opponents of Jazzy B on this forum should maybe team up with Shiv Sena they may get on with each other.

AMRITSAR: Punjab Chief of Youth Wing Shiv Sena has demanded ban on screening of upcoming Punjabi movie ‘Sadda Haq’ slated for release on April 5.

He said the movie is based on militancy days in Punjab during 1980s-1990s and can even misguide the youth and vitiate the state’s peaceful atmosphere.

Stating that it was a threat to peace of state and Hindu-Sikh unity, Sandhu urged Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Manish Tewari and Censor Board to ban the movie.

He said some wrong elements were supporting such movie and demanded filing of lawsuit against the movie director Mandeep Benipal and Punjabi singer Jazzy B.

The Shiv Sena chief warned that if the movie is released, members of the Youth Wing will protest against the screening and only the authorities will be responsible for damage or loss of anyone’s life or property.

More movies like these should be made, with public Punjab personnel, just like Jazzy B to.............

We all need to watch this movie. Either in the theater or buy the original dvd. The makers of this movie have taken a huge risk to make this movie. Don't watch the pirated version. If the makers will make profit from this it will encourage other movie directors and singers to follow this Panthic trend. Don't discourage them.

Jazzy B did a good job singing the song. some of you may not see it but our enemies i.e. the Indian media, Shiv Sena, Congress party(watch Beanta's grandson) have taken notice of this movie and it's songs and they are getting severe indigestion from all of this. If our enemies are opposing the movie and songs then I think that it is an indication what Jazzy B sang and this movie makers did is a positive sign.
