I received the attached video. I watched it. Whilst I was watching this I felt sad.

Is this what todays Khlasa has become. Lets pick on a weakling and slap some sense into him.

Since when have WE become the policy and policy holders on who wears and worships whom.

Is this what todays Khalsa has become of. Rather than picking on the Pakhandi Babe who are destroying Sikhi, Great Warriors now pick on a mere weaklings.

I can't see the video, but I'm guessing you're talking about Sikhs slapping up the wandering Hindu ascetic? If not, ignore this post!

I was disgusted when I saw that video. And I mean, so disgusted I couldn't sleep that night. It is painful to see the protectors become the oppressors.

Since when is it part of our dharam to hurt another unless in self defense or defense of the weak? They were beating up a holy man, part of a long standing tradition which Sikhs may not agree with but should respect. I saw beating and heard shouting, not the sweet words, humility and pyar that a Gursikh should have.

I honestly feel disgusted that Singhs would do this on the basis of what they find to be appropriate or inappropriate clothing. Is this beating-people-up thing becoming a trend in India? Gone are the days when the Singhs would protect the weak and offer love to all that's how it feels.

I really do hope that somebody contacts these, and any others doing this, and explains things to them to prevent them or others doing this again in the name of Sikhi.

Another video on facebook on Amritdhari Singhs picking on a Singh smoking tobacco. I feel that they did a right thing since the Sikh teenager had a dastaar and was giving a bad name for Sikhs smoking in public. The Singhs taunted him with cuss words and put him in a headlock for a couple of seconds for absolutely no reason. They have the right to be upset but should deal with the situation in a nice way. Singhs need to stop recording also too I don't know what they are trying to do by recording of them cussing is ruining the image of Khalsa might as well do it in cover.

The video I am talking about is on Punjab Spectrum page of FB if anyone is wondering.

lol Thats what I was thinking, these morons dont realise they do more harm to the Sikh image than the good they think they are doing by recording these anti-sikh incidents and uploading it on social media to serve as some kind of warped deterrence to others.

They might aswell take off their khalsa bana and join up with RSS and shiv sena because thats what they are doing right now to Indian muslims in recent video I've seen on facebook
