Nanak Shah Fakir Needs To Be Banned

as the sakhis go, Sri Guru Nanak Dev Jee uttered the famous Shabad when he went to Jaganath puri. There the Hindus were doing aarti in front of moortis using their thaal with the Divaa and all the stuff they put in the thaal. Then Guru jee began singing the shabad Gagan Mai Thaal ...and showed them that the real aarti of God is happening in his creation/nature.

The worst thing is, they call those who disagree with them as 'extremists'. Recently went to India and talked to many people there on this issue(mostly Monas) and not one Mona I have seen that is supportive of this movie because they showed Guru Sahib in motion/moving which goes against our traditional respect for Guru Jee. Now will they start calling the Monas as 'extremists' as well?

Right now they are not showing Guru Jee but it's just a matter of time before they show actors playing Guru Jee. The thing is, the film industry in India is taking baby steps towards that direction. This movie may not seem that bad to some Sikhs who are defending it. Right now they are doing small things like showing Guru Jee from the back. Then they will show the sides, then finally in future they will show the front and face and even an actor playing the role of Guru Jee. We may think this is unthinkable but that is where this is going.

thing is in the movie the same aarti is being sung in front of the murti and also outside by Guru ji , Bhai Mardana is inside and then comes outside then slowly everyone else but they is no delineation between the Aarti Shabad and what the Hindus are singing to their deva ...confusing, it just makes it seem that Guru ji is just telling them do it outside ... not hey guys leave that murti and thaali alone , stop and look, see and feel your part within the true aarti of brahmand - this is it the true aarti and your wish should be to be with Akal Purakh's naam all the time.

I thought the visualisation which they made for this shabad in the title sequence in Eh janam tumre lekhe was much more inspiring and in keeping with that bismaad ...

and that last corny ik onkar in the sky was straight out of a hindu epic series ...oh well they are training up our youth to think they are Hindus in turbans , they've got them doing dhuf and ardas to photos , going to pandits , showing hands, birthcharts, back headfirst in jaat paat, and back in female feticide and seeing women as sex objects ...

Honestly can we not collect the true rehit and recent (two hundred years) history of our panth by interviewing our elders and keep their eyewitness and seena baseena knowledge alive here in the west as well because it seems the dark forces are having their merry way with our image .?

There was a comment about a girl involved in the production of the film, a photo was found of here wearing skimpy clothes, the presenter asked the producer if he thought that was appropriate, turned out it was the producers daughter and someone had photo-shopped a photo of her a while ago (pretty common in India, they love that kind of stuff over there), upon explaining this the producer was interrupted, they were basically out for blood, if the producer tried to defend himself he wasn't given a chance, I don't mind Paxman style interviews where the person is grilled but it has to be balanced, the gut presenting this didn't have a clue, total lack of professionalism.

Should've been clever. Instead they made the producer look like the victim. Might work behind closed doors, but on TV it's a different kettle of fish. No need to bring the guy's daughter into it, especially if it was later revealed to be a Photoshop job. That must've been cringeworthy television, lol. The thing is some people want those who uphold certain rules, maryada, etc, to appear as zealots, and this kind of behaviour plays right into their hands. Respecting tradition and a certain way of doing things is not zealotry (as long as it doesn't hurt or harm anyone else). Like I said, they should've been smarter. I'm sure they thought they did a stellar job, lol.

there are real photos of her predating this which look like typical actress/model shots with Puneet Sikka wearing a low cut dress standing next to a guy at a filmi event , but I am not bothered as these days it is pretty much all young girls who dress like that , however I take issue with her saying by the time the shoot in the faked up village in mullapur 'she was Bebe Nanaki' even Arif who played Bhai Mardana said something like he thought that Mardana became like Nanak in mind so he had to get into Guru ji Mindset and felt he had succeeded ....what are these people on ?

Well its funny how movies that clearly r upsetting/annoyin sikhs get the go-ahead (eg most bollywood films, nanak shah, panjab84). Yet movies like (eg sadda haq, pata pata singhan da vairi, kaum de heere etc), all get banned, coz it will "disrupt communal harmony (eg the hindus)". Yet wen sikhs r creating "communal dis-harmony" via protests n media lobbyin, we get called extremists. Unbelievable bullying and slavery goin on of sikhs, sweardown india is copying everyfink the americans have done to black ppl in past 80+ yrs, n r practising it on sikhs in past 30yrs. Yet apnay still just dont get it, n walk around like dumbf....

Theres a sayin that out of muslim, sikhs n hindus, hindus r the smartest, muslims r inbetweeners, n sikhs r jus outright thick, n its true!

That's because the sikhs have thought they are parde-likhe now , they don't need Gurumat ....when SIkhs believed they knew nothing they searched out Guru's mat since it spanned all time and kept them well armed against the darkness ...

Our people are deemed to be thick because we are too trusting of others, we are naive because we have lost the balance of being Sant-Sipahi, have not embraced the concept of miri-piri.

Hindus can be crafty and conniving, however if they were truly smart they would not have allowed themselves to be conquered, invaded time and time again.
