If we had journalists worthy of the name, they would be asking Western leaders who insist that the Islamic State has nothing to do with Islam, such as Obama, Biden, Kerry, David Cameron, Boris Johnson, and others, why so many Muslims are susceptible to its appeal. But we don’t have journalists worthy of the name.

“More than 42 MILLION Muslims ‘support ISIS’ – as experts warn the figure will grow,” by Tom Parfitt, Express, July 1, 2015:

A shocking report shows 42million Muslims around the world support ISIS.

The study, based on four recent polls, reveals the shocking level of support for the caliphate around the world….

More than 8.5million people view ISIS positively, and around 42million view them somewhat positively, according to the data….

“Muslim leader: ‘ISIS-supporting Brits may be disenfranchised by Tory cuts,'” by Nick Sommerlad, Mirror, July 7, 2015:

A Mirror poll showing that 1.5 million Brits see themselves as supporters of ISIS has sparked swift responses from Muslim leaders.

Muslim leaders have responded to the Mirror’s disturbing poll showing that 1.5 million Brits identified as supporters of the brutal so-called Islamic State.

One prominent leader has even said Muslims here may be disenfranchised with new Tory policies which are turning them to have sympathies for IS and their belief system.

Pollsters ICM found that opposition to IS has hardened during twelve months of barbaric atrocities, with 80% of British people now having a “very unfavourable” view of them compared with 45% last July.

But, staggeringly, the poll of 2,016 British adults taken over the weekend also found that support for the terror group was up by 2%, to 9%.

It found that 3% have a “very favourable view”, up 1% from a year ago – suggesting that around half of Britain’s three million Muslims could be ISIS sympathisers. Another 6% admitted having a “somewhat favourable” view, up from five per cent last year….

45 ISLAMIC STATE fighters 'die after eating poisoned Ramadan meal in Iraq'

  • Up to 145 militants reportedly sat down for the 'iftar' meal in Mosul, Iraq
  • Not known whether it was deliberate or food poisoning, Kurds have said
  • Previous images showed how ISLAMIC STATE fighters feast as their subjects starve
  • Free Syrian Army rebel group snuck into ISLAMIC STATE camp posing as chefs and killed dozens in November

At least 45 ISIS militants have been killed after breaking their Ramadan fast with a poisoned meal, according to reports.

A total of 145 people are thought to have sat down for the 'iftar' meal at Mosul, Iraq, but only 100 walked away alive, according to reports out of the embattled city.

It is unclear whether the fanatics were deliberately poisoned or whether they suffered from food poisoning, a spokesman for the Kurdish Democratic Party said.

Assassinated: A Kurdish spokesman said it was unclear whether the fanatics (file photo) were poisoned deliberately or whether they died from food poisoning

These reports from Iraqi media, which were seen by the Haaretz website, are not the first time ISIS militants have been known to be targeted by poisoned food.

Dozens of Islamic State soldiers allegedly died in similar circumstances in November when the Free Syrian Army rebel group sneaked into their camp - where 1,200 were supposedly stationed - posing as chefs and poisoned their lunches.

Sources inside the rebel group, which battles both ISIS and the Syrian government, claimed at least ten ISIS fighters died after eating the contaminated lunch.

The reports stemmed from the now-defunct Times of Iraq, and their reliability has been questioned since.

Images have emerged throughout Ramadan showing ISIS extremists sitting down to lavish meals while those living under its brutal regime starve.

Undercover footage from the terror group's adopted capital of Raqqa in Syria showed hundreds of young boys and burqa-clad women queuing for food and water in the blistering heat.

It was shared by anti-ISIS activists Raqqa Is Being Slaughtered Silently alongside the caption, 'the second day of Ramadan' - the holy month when Muslims do not eat or drink from dawn until the sun has set.

While they starve, the terror group's soldiers share pictures of themselves sitting down to a hearty meal of fried fish, pickles, green salad and white rice.

Other bizarre images show the fighters' automatic rifles resting on the carpet beside silver platters full of fresh fruit and shining cutlery wrapped in dainty napkins.

As well as images of barbarity and beheadings, Islamic State often boasts on social media about how the eight million people living under its brutal reign in the Middle East and north Africa are well provided for.

It shares images of roads being paved and street signs being fixed in an attempt to portray it can take care of a massive population.

Now in heartbreaking images the Islamic State PR machine would rather not be seen, the shockingly young children stand in line with empty buckets - waiting for food and water which may never come.

Good try S4NGH to deflect valid criticism of Islam by lying that Sufi's are Muslims.

Next you will be saying that Gurmeet Ram Rahim or Ajit Poohla are true Sikhs in your eyes.

True Sufi's that reject Prophet Muhammad due to his slave trading, pedophilia etc cannot be Muslim.

You posted that vid again...sheikhyourbooty, you need professional help. Lots of it

I visited a dawah stand today and engaged in a friendly debate and i messed up big time. The man i was debating with was chilled but he did have knowledge of sikhism the point in which i lost the debate was this:

He told me that theres only god and since theres onlybone god he can only have one religon and that having more religions would be hypocrite. He also asked me why i keep my kes and wear dastaar i told him waheguru tells me in SGGSJ he said GGSJ also says rituals dress code ect are not important only having god in your heart is and that this is a faulty

I plan on going back any tips

There is only one religion. The Tisarpanth. All that have come before it have not succeeded in establishing dharam. The abrahamic religions and the dharmic religions contain fragments of the truth but not the complete, whole truth. Only Sikhi has that.

Yes theres only one god but why must there only be one religion? It can be argued both ways. There can be many paths to one destination. No one knows gods game/play/plan. The qur'an speaks of both jews and christians as people of the book, as custodians of scripture. The qur'an says that there are faithful amongst the jews and the christians and that the good they do will not be rejected of them (3:113-115 AYA). Why does god (the supposable auther of the qur'an) hold jews and christians in such high regard if they follow false religions? If anything it shows that they have their own role to play in the wider scheme of things.

There is only one god and there is only one religion. That religion is truth.

- Khatam an-Nabiyyin: Mohammed the Seal of the Prophets. < that is what muslims go by when they say no other prophet will be sent by god and therefore no new religions etc. Thats all fine and dandy and we dont reject the claim that mohammed was the seal of the prophets. "La ilaha illallah" all day long! BUT, Guru Sahib was/is no prophet. He is Satguru. Guru Sahib is Akal Purkh.

You keep your kes for the purpose that they serve you. Not because its written that way and therefore we must blindly follow. Same goes for dastar. There is no ritual. It would be a ritual if they served no purpose. Its like an army has its uniform. The uniform provides protection from certain conditions etc and unifies the soldiers, makes them distinguishable etc. In a similar sense we have our own uniform with many of its own benefits. That isnt a ritual. Its not like we believe that the malmal has supernatural powers which protect us from evil nazar :/

ALSO, keeping kes, donning a dastar and shastar is our Pitas Hukum. We are his children and therefore we obey his hukum. End of really.

I personally wouldnt go back. Sometimes its nice to let a fool think he's won :)

First of all you don't need to go back, spend that time doing Simran. What are you going to accomplish by these debates?

Guru Sahib criticized those people who only wore the religious dress but didnt have love for God in there heart. Guru Sahib only criticized the religious hypocrites
