Premi5
Something strange about this story. Not often a police officer a suspect https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-56351135 A serving Met police officer has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the disappearance of Sarah Everard. Ms Everard, 33, was last seen a week ago in Clapham, south London, on her way home from a friend's house. The suspect, in his 40s, is an officer with the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command, the Met said. A woman, in her 30s, is also in custody after being arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. Despite the murder arrest, the Met said Ms Everard had not yet been found.
Popular Post dallysingh101
And this should give all us UK Sikhs an idea of how useless all the psychological analysis and background checks of white policemen are. They've already, as a national institution, allowed thousands of underage girls to be groomed, raped and abused on our streets with their indifference. And now this copper, who has a license to carry firearms and was protecting the US embassy no less - is accused of this..... I think that org has more racists and sickos than they want to admit myself. Going up to the top.

I cannot remember the last big cases involving police suspects They found the suspect very quickly It’s like the media have magnified the case and I can see it making the police more unpopular than they already are

Well, they've set precedents for restricting movement in unrelated areas (to women's safety) with the Covid lockdowns. It's not a stretch to imagine they can transfer the same philosophy to another social need to "protect" individuals. Once people willingly give away freedoms and liberties in one area, the ruling class will continue to find ways to abuse their power. Away from cranks, women fearing for their lives simply for walking the streets after dark shouldn't be a thing in today's society. It's actually quite sick if you stop to think about it.

There are some questions that probably need answering. Was the suspect known to the victim? Also, being in lockdown, why was she going to her friends house? If the suspect did indeed murder and he is a police officer, how did he even think he could get away with it? I did briefly see something on the news regarding this. They were in Clapham Common and it did seem that the path that she took was through the common. They were talking about why should it be dangerous for women to be walking safely in the dark. Even as a man, I would be wary to walk through a park in the dark no matter how well lit it would be. Maybe the risks are less for a man who is bigger and stronger than a woman but they are risks none the less.
Premi5
Govt are increasing police powers and it looks like they might reduce freedoms of common people like curfews

Maybe he was a closet nutter who cracked for whatever reason, and the lady killed just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
