These don't seem to be set in stone. Old rahits cover some of the issues. I think panj piaray are supposed to come to an agreement.

For a Sikh what sort of punishment are we supposed to let out on those who sin like those who kill, cheat on spouse, adultery, theaf . rapist. drunkyard,  what would be there punishment according to Sikhi

A lot of the instances get covered in Vaaran Bhai Gurdas Ji in passing.

CP weaves around some of these topics but doesn't give out explicit recommendations for punishment. It does strongly remind us to have the facts, be aware and careful of manipulation and not execute in a blindly impassioned state.

We are all one and separation is an illusion.

Why would GOD punish itself for committing sins against itself. The sins are committed in ignorance of Separation and once upon death it’s realized without judgement and punishment soul moves forward for mergence into the one shedding it’s association with the ego self. The purpose of GOD is to make things move forward in evolution not to get us back for our deeds like what humans  do.

We as humans are not the purest form of God (or nowhere near); what goes around comes around and without punishments, one often does not learn lessons ?
