i think it is so wrong and manmat when people say you dont need amrit in order to obtain salvation. even sri guru gobind singh ji had to take amrit. that should simply answer everything. without amrit u can not become a gurmukh, salvation is only obtained by gurmukhs. amrit is away to obtain guru jis blessing and ur promise to devote ur life to guru ji. i.e the panj pairyea gave their head for amrit. in the same concept you have to devote ur life to guru ji. plz dont listen to people who think salvation is possible without amrit. "take amrit prepared with double edged sword, so that ur life becomes sucessful and blessed". bhai gurdas ji 2 // 41 amrit is distributed b…

it's come to my attention today that "Sant" Rajinder Singh who is given a public talk at King's College London University TODAY! - is RADHA SOAMI He is also in Sikhi Saroop - therefore it can mislead or mis-represent Sikhi with his Radha Soami beliefs etc. Benti to everyone can attend TODAY (Saturday 22nd Jan) and TOMORROW (23rd Jan). If you can attend these lectures. Reasons for Sikhs to go along: 1/ To find out what they believe and preach (so educational for us!) 2/ To clarify any points and to ask questions - to avoid gore getting wrong or misleading impression of Sikhs because the speaker is in Sikhi Saroop If you are able to attend we require recordings and p…

By Harmit Athwal 30 September 2004, 4:00pm A Sikh human rights activist has been brutally beaten by racists in Coventry. On 26 September, 34 year-old Jagdeesh Singh was walking home with his 10-year-old nephew from Walsgrave Hospital when he was subjected to a barrage of racist abuse. Two White men then launched a physical attack on Mr Singh - punching him some 30 times, while calling him 'Bin Laden' and 'Paki'. According to Mr Singh, the attack was the seventh violent racist attack on him in the last ten years, and definitely the worst. 'On none of these seven occasions has the culprits been punished. They have either escaped or the police have not felt it approp…

Theres a documentary on United States Universities and the academic bias taking over. They interviewed a Sikh, by the name of Sukhmani Singh Khalsa who tells them of his story and how liberally-biased his university is. He's on the documentary for about 20 minutes. Really good watch. http://academicbias.com/bw101.html --> there ya go. He does an excellent job, mad props to him! I've been threatened too, just because I dont hold the liberal views some leftists expect out of a person wearing a turban.
