  1. A village near my house in Ludhiana has a significant Muslim population. The granthi Singh of the Gurdwara Sahib in the village is a jeevan vala Singh and my friend too. A Muslim family in the village were going through huge financial and health problems. The Muslim bibi in the house started suffering from depression and started having suicidal thoughts. She regularly read Quran but nuthing changed. She told her mental agony to the Granthi Singh. He told the bibi that if u want to be near to Allah do paath of Jaap Sahib and if u want to be protected by Allah do paath of Chaupai Sahib. He also gave her santhiya of these 2 baanis. She started doing these 2 baanis and started to feel better. Health sickness of her son started getting better. She started doing 5 Jaap Sahib and 20 Chaupai Sahib daily and all the financial problems of her family got solved in 3-4 months. Now the entire Muslimfamily which includes the Muslim bibi, her children, husband and parents in law do nitnem of Jaap Sahib and Chaupai Sahib daily.

  4. I don't go disrespecting Islam or Muslims. We all know if Raj is doing XYZ it's in response to an assault that began on Dharam before Guru Nanak Dev Ji blessed us with complete Gursikhi. Whether we want to reign him in for our own Paanthic purposes is between Raj and the Paanth. I don't personally want to watch his videos and I'm not his Hanji, just his Veer Ji. Nobody should censure him for the Muslim bebefit however. No Muslim has right to complain until they sort out Islam and their own aggressions. I'm very interested in joining forces with all religous and Dharmic people but they have to give up things to sit at the table. Like slaves, imperialism, forced conversion, grooming etc. And they have to use their voice for Degh, Tegh, Fateh and Halemi Raj within and without their own people. I think Sikhs have always been centrally situated to interface with everybody but other groups have hang ups that prevent it. Not saying the Paanth doesn't need a bunch of hard work and Simran itself. It does. If Sikhs want to contact Raj and discuss the strategies by which best to defend the Paanth from the vitriolic enslaught of other faiths and whether or not his methods are Gurmat or a good reflection of the Paanth is all Gursikh business. I'm not going to judge someones self defense though. It's not always pretty protecting yourself. Higher levels it gets beautiful again but that's after the puberty of the good fight.

  5. ancient jews wore dastars instead of hats . SAmson was a Nazarite a male dedicated to God for a particular holy task , and he never cut his hair due to this promised state/covenant . Similarly Jesus/yeshua was a Nazarite thus the kesh . Lurker bhai sahib why are you so sad that you are searching for my posts to downvote , vivaah nahin hoya , job nahin milli , ki aa?

  7. They can convert to Sikhi. Islam clearly failed them spiritually, so what's stopping them from embracing the whole religion?

  8. So, I have heard this thing that the Golden Temple will be attacked 4 times and when it is attacked for the fourth time kalki avtar will come or khalsa raj will happen. No. It will not happen. The Golden Temple has been attack once (You could say twice as once they filled the water with sand) by the Mughals. Twice by the Afghans. And once by India right? Wrong India attacked the Golden Temple 3 times all in 5 years. This is 6 times and I see no Kalki avtar or khalsa raj. So in conclusion this story allegedly in historical granths and sau sakhi also mentioned by some kathavachiks is completely fake.

  16. The problem is that the majority of ppl follow the western way of voting where everyone has an equal say. The best leaders in the panth were chosen by a hukamnama and the panj piare

  18. But IFFFF we count those as one each! Ahem... that's uhh...three! So don't dare try again unless you're trying to see Kalki!

  19. Solar Panels are great. Just not on top of our historic shrines. This is just another example of tokenism that SGPC facilitates from time to time. They allow good-intentioned, yet short-sighted groups and individuals to perform a visible seva to earn accolades. Remember the GIANT LED Screens they’ve put up in the corners of parikrama, SUPER distracting! More weird ways to waste our resources and allow photo-ops for Jagir kaur. On another note, why do they keep re-electing her? Is this all the leadership that’s left? Insane!

  22. Modern Science talks about emotional stress and how it impacts the nervous system. You have sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Anger/Krodh is an emotional stress that maybe has a short term function but can cause health problems if it is prolonged. Now psychologists talk about meditation as an aid to calm your nervous system and to help manage stress? What do you think Gurbani does? What does naam simran do? It helps to calm your nervous system, it helps to manage stress. Gurbani not only helps you spiritually but also mentally and physically too. We've only begun to scratch the surface.

  24. I read a lot of stuff from a western psychological perspective. It's what makes me value and appreciate gurbani even more. Bani is so far ahead, modern science is trying to catch up.

  27. Before doing bad we think twice; • ‘I could be expelled from school’ • ‘I could be sacked from work’ • ‘I could go to prison’ • ‘I could be punished in hell’ • ‘I could be placed on quality control by admins’ ? Naam contains nothing but happiness, so we do we think twice to meditate on naam? ? Isn’t it a no brainier that simro simar simar sukh pavo? ?

  29. This is an example of Krodh from Lieutenant Dan in Forrest Gump. He was a fauji and he wanted shaheedi like his father and grand father but he lived but lost his legs in the Vietnam war and he was angry with Maharaj. He was in a storm and his anger came out: But he had to submit to Maharaj's hukam and he found Sukh:

  31. I had a big talk with some plonker who wanted to big up Bibi Jagiro for this project, I refuse to recognise her as a sikh, as representing sikh females or even as having done anything other than accepting the cash and proposal , it seems that made him mad . But truth is why is a known murderer of her daughter and worse murderer of her unborn grandchild purely because the girl had anand Karaj with a lower caste guy is being pushed into the limelight for our panth's hard work when she is nothing but a rubber stamper??
