Homosexual lifestyle and Sikhi are incompatible. The Akal Takht has given it's ruling on this matter clearly stating that a Sikh must only marry with the opposite gender. Besides this, no where in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee will you find any thing in support of homosexuality. In fact in Gurbani, Guru Jee always looks at marriage as between a man and woman. What's interesting is even the spiritual relation between the Jeev Aatma and Parmaatma(Vaheguru) is metaphorically mentioned as one between a wife and husband.

There is no historic precedent of homosexuality in Sikh ithihaas. Since the start Gursikhs have only married women. Guru Granth Sahib jee is our Guru that saves us from Kalyugi induced kaami lifestyles. People are born with all sorts of perverse tendencies such as pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, doesn't mean people should give in to their animalistic urges.

Homosexuality is a maansic rog that violates natural law, besharmi dhi gal hai!!. It is shameful that so called Niara Khalsa are gradually being converted to this way of thinking. I guess if you brainwash people long enough they can be sold anything, no matter how disgusting. Just like the natural sex partner of man is not an animal, it is not someone of the same sex in humans. Gupt organs have a purpose, to produce and extend lineage, impossible for Gays/Lesbians. Taking tukhs like 'Maanas ki jaat' out of context is another ridiculous point that pro gays use. Since when does this line condone same sex partnerships.

I hope the Panth NEVER changes the Rehat Maryada to condone this behaviour.

Firstly, this has nothing to do with it whether it is allowed in sikhi or not.

Secondly, I would never listen to the Akaal Takht – how many rules have been changed there and how many indecent rules do they have e.g. females cannot do kirtan at harmindar sahib and how about giani gumukh singh musafar of Akal Takht made it non-mandatory for women to wear a dastar just because his wife stopped wearing it. The rules at akal takht change according to their own mentality which has nothing to do with Gurmat.

Thirdly, what I am disgusted is that you are saying that homosexuality is one of the signs of corruption in the world and that we should live like 2 decades ago when there was more hardship and cruelty shown to homosexuals. Homosexuals cannot be forced to be any other way since that is the way they are.

Sikhs believe in reincarnation – being born as the opposite gender in their next life they might still have emotional attachment (not always kaam attraction) to the same gender just like those who were of the same gender in their previous like will still have it for the opposite in this life. Sikhi also teaches compassion, therefore we should be far more understanding than that and that doesn’t mean we allow it in Sikhi but you are treating them like filth just like Muslims and Christians do. You’re showing you are no different than them and that you have not learnt anything different from Guru Sahib compared to those religions.

What is also funny is that rather than picking on the real crimes around the world like trafficking, IS, rape gangs, African women being raped, North Korean prison camps, you are more concerned about the openness of people's sexuality. Also, just so that you know, 2 decades ago, people were more open to smoking, less constraints on crime, less vegetarians, more openly racist- would you like to live in those days where people lacked common sense in those areas.

Yes people are becoming more promiscuous but that has nothing to do with sexual orientation and the other things you mentioned like incest, paedophilia, zoophilia- any of this cannot be compared to homosexuality because either they cause harm to one another or it is not consensual.

It makes me laugh that you think being gay is animalistic as if straight relationships are not- it is all animalistic. It’s quite clear what state of mind sikhs have, they just have a bully mentality similar to the west who they hate so much. You people belong with each other.

This is also what Guru Gobind Singh ji says about your hindu avtars in Dasm Granth in which He makes it clear He doesnot recognize them.

But ignorants will still keep harping on these avtars despite Guru's advice.

Guru sahib has said ,Eh ji chaubis avtaar kahaae ,tin bhi tero ant naa paae. REST IT IS UPTO YOU ,YOU WANT TO BE SIKH OF AKAAL PURAKH ,GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI OR A SIKH OF 24 AVTAARS AND GO TO TEMPLES .And singh598 if u want to see kalki then go and sit in himalaya parvat and wait for next 4 lakh years (not possible).and then u will regret because u would have lost the chance of going to sachkhand as only guru sahib is the way to sachkhand because dhur kii baani is with guru sahib and if u want to gain lower spiritual planets then continue following what u are saying
