Actually sambhal that is mentioned in Sri dasam Granth is something completely different than the sambhal in u.p. The sambhal that guru Ji is referring to is in the mountains. Read more about the kingdom of sambala aka sambhal that the Buddhist talk about.

Sant gurbachan singh bhindranwale in sukhmani sahib 21st astphadi below talks about bhramgyani gyan parloa avastha- turiya atith avastha -maha samadhi stage (stage of karak mahapursh like sant ajit singh hansali wale among others)- full absolute view so this is not just state of absolute which is out there some where above in sky in void this is very much LIVE and in experience yet beyond expereince as it transcedent all in non transcendental state

ਜਬ ਏਕਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਅਗਮ ਅਪਾਰ ॥ जब एकहि हरि अगम अपार ॥

Jab ekėh har agam apār. When there was only the Lord, Unfathomable and Infinite,

ਤਬ ਨਰਕ ਸੁਰਗ ਕਹੁ ਕਉਨ ਅਉਤਾਰ ॥ तब नरक सुरग कहु कउन अउतार ॥

Ŧab narak surag kaho ka▫un a▫uṯār. then who entered hell, and who entered heaven? Who was avtar?

Closest best possible analogy (for understanding purposes not exact analogy) is given which everyone can relate to, even doubters or denials cannot deny it - is state of deep sleep, these relative realities does not arise or subsides in deep sleep because they don't exist in experience. So how can these relative realities be absolute?

Finally, I am not denying kalki avtar will come, off course it will come as its written in dasam granth..what i am saying one needs to see it from absolute so these things appear and disappear in from absolute and back in absolute so one does not carry away in relative realities and mistakenly take them as absolute reality. Many muslims, christians, hindus have fallen into this trap looks like many of us also do as we have crazy problem with personality worship as we forget about the source. Sikhs already been cautioned in gurbani and sri dasam granth(every living thing swallowed by kaal-primal force- this example is shown to rise perception of seeker from relative to absolute) by our guru sahib so we don't fall into same trap. In fact our mool mantar, gurbani mahavaks of unity make sures there are no separate relative reality on its own-sargun and nirgun is one in full harmony/unity to the point its all ONE there are no distinction. So whenever we talk about sargun reality on its own and totally ignore nirgun-absolute in harmony with sargun then there is a problem in mindset.

Brilliant post- it is Truth. The only thing I would change is the sleep analogy.

Gurbani tells us that the world is alseep. it needs awakening.

Id say that being asleep is like having a -1 charge, although we have been born which is a step forward and an opportunity to discover ourselves.

When u begin to discover yourself, to discover the Truth- ur charge goes to a 1, bam, ur beginning to awaken- ur frequency rises. Instead of just living ur karam- u Accept It as Truth- u discover Real Sehaj.

The Mayadharis run around living their karams but really not accepting them. They live in fear, anxiety, desire for something else, not realising that its all just really Him/Truth/ an illusion.

Being at peace with karam- being at peace with each moment and accepting it as Truth without the darkness/ignorance of fear(the 5 theives), enables us to Rise above the khel, the illusion.

When u go into samadhi deep within yourself- into the primal void, u are actively increasing your frequency to move out of ignorance and to discover yourself.

Hence your charge increases- u embrace and go deep into your pleasure and pain and move into the balance which is the only thing that exists there- pleasure +pain= zero/Nothing- just a high frequecy of Truth.

When u come out if it- u have seen what u truly are-and the aim is to remain in what youve learned there in your daily life- for its God himself who teaches us- through the Gurus-through the bhagats- through our own hirdas.

Stay grounded through the khel by applying gurbani to your daily life- remebering its an illusion no matter what scenario u are placed in. You'll begin to begin to realise physically that the void is in the khel and the khel is in the void its all an amazing beautiful illusion- the pleasure and pain. Our creator is very clever.

Homosexual lifestyle and Sikhi are incompatible. The Akal Takht has given it's ruling on this matter clearly stating that a Sikh must only marry with the opposite gender. Besides this, no where in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee will you find any thing in support of homosexuality. In fact in Gurbani, Guru Jee always looks at marriage as between a man and woman. What's interesting is even the spiritual relation between the Jeev Aatma and Parmaatma(Vaheguru) is metaphorically mentioned as one between a wife and husband.

There is no historic precedent of homosexuality in Sikh ithihaas. Since the start Gursikhs have only married women. Guru Granth Sahib jee is our Guru that saves us from Kalyugi induced kaami lifestyles. People are born with all sorts of perverse tendencies such as pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, doesn't mean people should give in to their animalistic urges.

Not everyone is Sikh, remember the tobacco farm Guru Sahib's horse refused to go into? You don't hear any story of Guru Sahib telling the tobacco farm owner to stop, rather he said,"My Sikhs will not use this" he also didn't tell barbers to close their business, he said SIKHS shouldn't cut their hair. Why force our Rehat on people who don't follow our ways?

who said I'm forcing anything. I said Sikh Rehit Maryadha, Akal Takht, Gurbani, Sikh tradition, Sikh ithihas is in support of marriage between Sikh man and Sikh woman. If non Sikhs want to practice homosexuality, incest, zoophilia, pedophilia that is their choice. But they should not try to change Sikhi to suit their unSikh lifestyle.

You must be mad to compare homosexuality to incest. The world isn't black and white, there are different kinds of people living in it, not just straight people. It's not a trend and its not something to cure, its how they feel about who they are and something we should respect and support. To compare it to kaam is ridiculous too, as if straight people are perfect and non-kaami people when I've even seen young sikhs getting married because they are attached to kaam. People who think this way are living in a small, sheltered world, and a world that they do not understand. Just because you are in a religion that doesn't mean you are confined to a certain way and cannot be open-minded...other religious texts speak more openly about denouncing homosexuality compared to Guru Granth Sahib Jee which doesn't. Guru Sahib is more open-minded that is why, plus as Gurbani states other religious texts are false and I can understand why, they literally feel as if they have been written by men living in a certain time, accustomed to a certain barbaric and narrow-minded way. Guru Sahib thought outside the box regardless of his time period e.g. he preached gender equality in a time when men were so proud, cruel and stupid not to understand such a concept.

Homosexuality is a maansic rog that violates natural law, besharmi dhi gal hai!!. It is shameful that so called Niara Khalsa are gradually being converted to this way of thinking. I guess if you brainwash people long enough they can be sold anything, no matter how disgusting. Just like the natural sex partner of man is not an animal, it is not someone of the same sex in humans. Gupt organs have a purpose, to produce and extend lineage, impossible for Gays/Lesbians. Taking tukhs like 'Maanas ki jaat' out of context is another ridiculous point that pro gays use. Since when does this line condone same sex partnerships.

I hope the Panth NEVER changes the Rehat Maryada to condone this behaviour.

Sorry to OP, should be a distinct topic :-)

Waheguru does not hate anyone. Both homosexuals spouse and hetrosexuals spouse are fully capable, have full right to go beyond their sexual orientation (keep their respective sexual orientation) and connect with god via gurbani / real self-atma-paratma are entitled to gyan of bhram (Bhramgyan) there is no christian rule(homosexual doomed to hell) as such according to gurbani sikh theology. (This has to be understood by those who are staunch against homosexuals)

But with being said, from khalsa tradition chivalry-maryada aspect of Waheguru-Gur maryada homosexuals are not meant/cannot be in physical marriage. (This has to be understood by homosexuals who play victim card and bring all sort of lefty hippy justification and quote non duality from gurbani to justify their action).

Khalsa living is definitely middle way not right wing nor left wing.

Agreed bro, same urgues , five vices affect hetrosexuals as well so both of sexual oreintation are affected by five vices both also be controlled. Both homo and hetro sexuals respective patnership is already pre-ordained limited to parladbha karam..Both have five vices maya game infront of them, both are equally capable to go beyond them and should go beyond five vices these can be done connecting with naam leading to connect to undivided supreme real self (Atma-paratma).
