to do kirtan or to be good at kirtan do you need a nice voice because I really want to do but my voice is terrible 

any ways to improve voice

Practice. Sing sa reh ga ma for hours every day attend classes if you can. Practice makes perfect for singing.

I find if I’m singing loudly it’s not great, but if I sing in a normal volume then it’s good. If there’s a microphone infront of you and you’re not shouting then I’m sure you’ll be fine.

too many so-called keertanis these days are just people who haven't learnt much and just started performing in gurdwaras!

it's go nothing to do with covering or showing flaws. Much like an instrument, it just comes down to practice.

You see Kirtan as a Hindu practice but the practice of Azan itself is taken from the pre Islamic Pagans like many other Islamic practices.

Jewish and muslim azan sound very similar. Both sound wonderful, but there is no doubt they belong to a shared tradition.

the fact that you use the term hinduism, even though the colonial hindu"ism" term is quite recent, makes me question the abrahamic lens you see the subcontinent in.
