Some my ask the relevance of such a discussion on a Sikh Forum, however, if we consider that in the Sri Guru, frequent references are made to Vaheguru as both female and male [Har Ji Pita, Har Ji Mata –Anand Sahib M3] and other times purely as female, and even more so in the Sri Dasam Granth [Kirpa ka…

VAAHEGUROO JEE KA KHALSA...VAAHEGUROO JEE KEE FATEH!! Veero/Bhaio, SikhSangat means the world to me, the amount of inspiration and understanding I have gained from your discussions/posts..I can't even describe, it's like sangat (that's far away I know) but always near at heart. The essence of SikhSangat.com (and any 'sangat') from my understanding it of course to bring people closer to the sweet lotus feet of Guroo Jee, and to be 'lifted from the fog'. Waheguroo Jee Ka Khalsa! Waheguroo Jee Kee Fateh!! I was wonderin why out of all the countries in the world where Sikhs live, America is the only one which does not allow us to join the armed forces or police etc. I know that Canada does, UK does, India does but If America allows us to become whatever they want us to be then why do we have to fight to defend the country that we live in? :T: It makes me mad because America is supposed to be "The Land of Opportunity" @ forgive me if i said something wrong....
