  1. Shiva here does not mean the hindus god shiva. It means Vaheguru just as Guru Jee has used Gopal, Ram, Gobind and other words for Vaheguru in Bani.

  2. IN Guru Gobind Singh jis time there were many sehajdhari sikhs or non amaritaree sikhs who helped the panth in their time of need who knows how much of a sikh anyone is, and who is to judge? Sikhi is a path and some adopt different lessons at different times in their life - what we need is ekta not more divisions... When the Khalsa had to live in jungles during mid 1700s , it was the sehajdharis who used to care for the Singhs and feed them , as they could move around undetected. and without support from the general populous in Punjab the Sikhs would never have risen to the Sikh Raj under Maharajah Runjeet Singh. IN our kids camps we encourage the sehajdhari sikhs to do seva and take part in doing parchaar - we tell them Sikhi belongs to them and they have to look after it many Sikhs you see today were once Sehajdhari - give people time and space to grow

  4. Besides the minority bit sikhs aren't going to behead someone or blow something up apparently by spilling blood your voice is heard and the media calls your community a peaceful one primarily out of fear and in attempts of spreading propaganda that you are actually peaceful so that you act peaceful. This halal process plant says they won't be storing beef but just mutton and chicken and it's going to be held at low temperatures so it won't smell, why don't they move to an industrial area or is this a free for all? If it is I think we need to do what americans are doing at the ground zero mosque by funding the opening of a gay muslim night club, next door. The ground zero mosque stuff is a horrible saga one man standing for it talks about how it will be good for cohesion, goes on tv talks about rights etc. But then publishes a book in arabic calling for a mosque to remark the site of the holy ones jihad on infidel land, the book was translated and when the guy was asked he says it's out of context and mistranslated.

  7. it means if u come under the sharan (shelter) of god then god (mahakaal) will save u. there has never been any other than god himself that has come into existence, god himself has made everything. if we worship such an awesome power and do this daily (all day every day - and make this our rehet) then you (all of us / 'you' personally - tin par) then... you will gain that hand of god and god himself saves you.

  8. That's good. Why do SGPC employees need a Laal Batee wali car anyway? they don't need security. In fact, I don't even think they should be paid. They should be sevaks of SGPC not employees like the early years of SGPC. The SGPC should be totally free from Shiromani Akali Dal's influence or interference.

  9. When the marriage was consummated it is said she was playing with dolls. Many Muslim apologists say she was 19 not 9. But I don't know any 19 year old who plays with dolls. It just shows that even prophets, rishis, devtas could not conquer Kaam, Krod, Lobh Moh and Hankaar. Rishi Vishvamitar who had spent many years doing deep meditation and was very near to achieving his goal lost all his focus when Kaam in him was aroused by the Apsara Meneka. The king of Devtas, Indra lost to kaam when he cast his eyes on Ahilya. Not surprising since the Mann(mind) is full of ਮੈਲ from countless lifetimes. Only through Naam Simran can we cleanse the mind just as soap is used to cleanse dirty cloths. Great is Sri Guru Nanak Dev Jee, who was beyond the 5 evil emotions and gave us Naam Di Daat with which we can achieve greatness in this world and the next. Only thing is for us to take full opportunity by doing Naam Simran.

  11. Not sure if you class him as a Nihang , but this is from Niddars website. Getting Blessings from the Namdharis Guru , should Sikhs of Guru Gobind Singh ji being doing this? Of course not when only the Guru Granth Sahib is to be followed. Gurfateh I and the whole of the Baba Darbara Singh Akhara offer our deepest condolences to our Namdhari brothers and sisters upon the passing of their Satgur Jagjit Singh. The passing of such a great Sikh holy man and human being who did so much good for humanity and Sikhi leaves the world all the poorer. I count it as a great honour that I was able to have the blessed sight of the holy one and get his blessing. May Satgur keep showering his blessings from Sach Khand upon all those who love him. 14. Does a moneh or trimm singh have the right to ask questions or talk about sikhi? I see people shutdown moneh and trimm singhs all the time on various social networking sites such as twitter, facebook, other sikh forums who reveal themselves to be a moneh. People tell them to shut their mouth and go keep kesh and that they have no right to even talk about sikhi until they do that. What about for he who is without sin cast the first stone? Shouldn't we be non judgemental of moneh aren't we demonising, alienating, and pushing them away if we do so. Should we step in and stop someone doing that or is it good we push moneh like that since the gurus rigorously tested singhs as did older singhs to really step up to it. Perhaps if we were more respectful to moneh they would hijack sikhi and start their own manmat things like go on gurdwara stages and promote nightclubbing events. How about with Sikhs who don't follow our version of Sikhi who might drink a bit of wine time to time to get over depression or eat meat perhaps they suffer from health issues and need extra protein and don't get enough from all the vegetarian sources. Do they deserved to be shut down and told to keep quiet about sikhi? Should they be told not to preach it or get on stages to talk about sikhi? Is sikhi only for men in saintly guises? I remember hearing about nihangs in nanded hazoor sahib refusing to give prasad to people who trimm their beard or their hair, the prasad is only for keshdharis.

  15. Daas is extremely disappointed by some of the posts on this forum in regards to attacks on Islam and our Muslim brothers and sisters. Even the prophet not been spared and despicable language has been used against them. To use foul language against another faith or our fellow brothers ad sisters is not right. The content on some of the posts seems to have come straight from biased right wing newspapers rather than Gursikhs. Even if a minority of Muslims are attacking our Sikh faith on other forums, still this does not give us the right to attack their faith in the same way, Two wrongs do not make a right. 17. I seem to be seeing a growing trend amongst british sikhs at least, when they don't like a particular jatha or viewpoint they label them as RSS agents, hindu government sell outs, on the payroll. Hindutva agent. It's almost at the same frequency muslims sincerely blame jews, zionists, freemasons, illuminati all sorts of non-existing conspiracy groups for their own downfalls and everything wrong with them. Why do we have people jumping to conspiracy theories every time a sikh may say or do something by mistake or have an opinion different to ours, or maybe speaking about something we don't know but out of ignorance sikhs seem to be labelling them conspiracy agents of the GOI on the darkside? Is this attitude healthy? Why even fear the RSS? So what if right wing hindu views exist they existed in our gurus time should they really take us away from sleep or mistrusting every sikh we ever interact with. How can any form of ekta exist of unity amongst diversity where we get along to fry the bigger fish when we are at each others throats calling each other a GOI agent? What gives one group the right to question everyone else and not be questioned themselves when such allegations are put forth? Why use this RSS card to launch personal attacks on one another when we have so much in common and so much to achieve collectively? If this kinda demonisation and alienation carries on aren't we going to scare people out of sikhi? Are we then going to say they weren't strong enough to be a sikh and deserved to leave or it was hukam?

He sent a small delegation to the Akal Takht recently trying to silence Sikhs. Akal Takht needs to carry out a full inquiry about this matter.

  23. taran0 ji, I humbly submit onto you that your facts are incorrect. Maybe all the sikhs then did not take khande pahul but they sure were all amritdhari (charan pahul shakiya see). To be a sikh of Guru Nanak one has to shak amrit whether in the form charan pahul or khande pahul (given by punj pyare). Unless someone is deluded I think it is very obvious that only khande bata da amrit is available know as Guru Sahib is no longer in human form, so charan pahul is not available now. Back to the topic. This topic seems abit silly because anyone of any religion, race, creed, amritdhari or non amritdhari can ask about sikhi and also discuss sikhi. If it were a case of a non amritdhari lecturing amritdharis on the values and lifestyle of sikhi then one could object to that, but anyone and everyone has the right to discuss and ask questions sikhi.

  24. The nihangs dont mind the namdharis and i have been to a few nihang weddings where namdharis will do kirtan, but never will the Nihangs bow or call the namdhari leader SATGURU - that would be a besti of your own Guru as one cannot have two fathers - they do like the way they do lots of simran and read a lot of dasam bani and do raag kirtan the Nihangs pretty much have a habit of not recognising any authority other then their own, the Khalsa to them is sovereign above all - The Nihangs see the Namdharis as deluded and heavily take the mick out of them for not accepting guru Granth Sahib Ji as the Guru. Ajit "phoola" the corrupt so called "nihang" - was the only one who visited bhaini and kept close congressi ties with the namdharis - but even he would call their Guru - baba or jagta Ask any Nihang Singh and they would never refer to jagjit namdhari as Satguru - well no Singh in their rightful mind would accept someone who contests the authority of their own Guru Nidars words don't surprise me, because Nidar IS NOT A NIHANG.

  25. they have been having a lot of internal dispute especially since their previous fake guru passed away, and there was a conflict of succession between his two nephews udhey and dalip and his grandson Jai Singh there have already been clashes in India so it maybe that they have hired an outsider to do the attack, in the UK, the guy has been arrested so it will be interestign to see what info they come out with. It seems weird that Namdharis should be attacked now as jagjit the previous Guru came to the Uk many times and there was no attacks as far as i can remember, this most definitely has to be related to the internal conflict within namdharis. Succession row in Namdhari sect turns violent, clash in Amritsar http://www.indianexpress.com/news/succession-row-in-namdhari-sect-turns-violent-clash-in-amritsar/1079811/THE succession row in the Namdhari sect turned violent on Monday after two groups — one owing allegiance to sect chief Satguru Uday Singh and the other to Thakur Dalip Singh, who has been staking claim as the successor — clashed in Amritsar during a congregation in the memory of late Satguru Jagjit Singh. The police have booked four people — Sukhdev Singh, Shinda Singh, Harpal Singh and Sukhwant Singh — along with a number of unidentified others on charges of attempt to murder. The case was registered following a complaint by Ranjit Singh, a Uday Singh supporter and Amritsar head of the Namdhari sect. Police said Ranjit Singh sustained an injury on his forehead, near his left eye, during the clash. He was later hospitalised. A couple of more people also sustained injuries in the clash, sources said. According to sources, the clash started after supporters of Thakur Dalip Singh allegedly entered the congregation forcibly around 2.15 pm holding placards stating "Panth Ekta Zindabad". As they were stopped from marching towards the stage, where Uday Singh and late Satguru Jagjit Singh's widow Chand Kaur were sitting, one of them allegedly hurled a stone towards Uday Singh's vehicle. The two groups then clashed by hurling stones and using sticks. "Supporters of Thakur Dalip Singh forcibly entered the venue and started hurling stones. Children and women were present at the gathering. My father was injured after a stone hit him," said Ranjit Singh's son Harmeet Singh. According to eyewitnesses, gunshots were also fired in the air after a ruckus ensued even as Uday Singh and Chand Kaur were sitting on the stage while kirtan was on. "We are verifying whether any shots were fired. Two DSPs and police personnel had been deployed at the venue of congregation near Company Bagh as a pre-emptive measure to avoid any untoward incident. We are not sure what caused the clash. Investigations are on in the case," Amritsar Commissioner of Police Ram Singh said. ---------------------------------------------- Namdhari cult splits in two: War of Succession Begins after demise of their leaderhttp://sikhsangat.org/2012/namdhari-cult-splits-in-two-war-of-succession-begins-after-demise-of-their-leader/ Ludhiana, Punjab: The tug-of-war over appointing the successor to Jagjit Singh took an ugly turn when members of the International Namdhari Sangat took to the streets here. Namdhari sect head Jagjit Singh had died on December 13 and his nephew Thakur Uday Singh was appointed the successor on December 16. The International Namdhari Sangat, however, wanted Uday Singh’s brother Thakur Dalip Singh appointed as the new Satguru. The Sangat had even appealed to Jagjit Singh’s widow Chand Kaur to reconsider the decision to appoint Uday Singh as the new head. The International Sangat members today burnt an effigy of Namdhari Darbar (Bhaini Sahib) president HS Hanspal and vice-president Surinder Lyal in Ludhiana. The activists alleged that Hanspal and Lyal were trying to create factionalism among the Namdhari sect over succession. International Namdhari Sangat president Navtej Singh said Hanspal and Lyal allegedly had vested interests in appointing Uday Singh as the new head. “Hanspal and Lyal want to become politically important and, therefore, have appointed Uday Singh as the sect head. Both are indirectly trying to divide the Namdharis,” he said. Navtej alleged that both these leaders had committed a sin by ignoring Jagjit Singh’s desire and announcing Uday Singh as the head instead of Dalip Singh. He claimed that a majority of the Namdhari Sangat was in Dalip Singh’s favour and that Hanspal and Lyal had allegedly ignored the mass feeling. When questioned on the issue, Lyal said the International Namdhari Sangat was a “fake organisation”. “There is no confusion over succession as Chand Kaur herself had announced Uday Singh as the new head. A section of the Sangat is trying to defame the Namdhari sect,” he added. Hanspal, however, refused to comment on the issue. ------------------------------------ Succession war in cash-rich Namdhari sect http://www.indianexpress.com/news/succession-war-in-cashrich-namdhari-sect/1045588/ The headquarters of the Namdhari sect near here crawled with police on Friday as its head, 92-year-old Satguru Jagjit Singh, was cremated. Amid the grief brews a succession war, at the heart of which lie assets worth crores of rupees and donations that flow in from devotees in India and abroad. Even as the funeral was held, reports came of armed men preparing for a clash. Announcement of a successor has been deferred for now. The Satguru's younger nephew, Thakur Uday Singh, has been appointed "officiating head". Originating from an 1872 movement for social reforms within Sikhism, the Namdhari sect preaches vegetarianism, simple weddings, white clothes, and a living guru. However, over the past three years, as the health of Jagjit Singh, who took over more than 50 years ago, worsened, the fight for the guru gaddi become an open secret. The Satguru leaves behind a headquarters, Bhaini Sahib, that has astro turf for hockey, sprawling bungalows and luxury cars, including a Maybach gifted by an NRI. His nephew, Thakur Dalip Singh, seen by many as the rightful successor given his hundreds of followers, had been "boycotted" recently along with his mother. Dalip's younger brother Uday grew closer to the Satguru in his absence. Uday refused to react at being appointed "officiating head", saying he was "in deep shock". He is already chairman of Satguru Partap Singh Apollo Hospital, the CEO of Namdhari Seeds and the patron of a hockey team, Namdhari 11. A third contender for the top post is Jai Singh, the son of Satguru's only daughter, Jai Kaur. Jai's husband is known to wield considerable influence.

I don't live in India and I'm not interested in this kundalani yoga hardships or others which were taught against by Guru Nanak Dev ji, we don't need to inflict hardship on ourselves for our bhagati. Bottom line is just take a good shower, we have indoor plumbing back then people just had lakes to submerge themselves in, they didn't have a choice of temperature.

Guru Nanak talked about the celibate hindus who used to eat from the householders and after eating from them they would curse them saying they would go to hell, guru ji talked about their namak haram or lun haram. If we are going to run gurdwaras from the hands of people who are going to hell shouldn't their donations be refused if that's the view of the sikh kaum?

  31. Illegal immigrants DO want to leave Britain, Sikh community leader insists as row over poster campaign continues Gurmel Singh-Kandola said many illegal arrivals from India were stuck here He said they were unable to work and wanted Home Office help to go back His remarks are in contrast to fury provoked by poster campaign The posters stated: In the UK illegally? Go home or face arrest. By JACK DOYLE PUBLISHED: 23:18 GMT, 9 August 2013 | UPDATED: 23:18 GMT, 9 August 2013 In talks: Illegal immigrants living in 'beds in sheds' are desperate to leave Britain and return home, Gurmel Singh-Kandola, secretary-general of the Sikh Council, has said Illegal immigrants living in beds in sheds are desperate to leave Britain and return home, an ethnic minority leader says. Gurmel Singh-Kandola, secretary-general of the Sikh Council, said many arrivals from India who had entered the country unlawfully were stuck here, unable to work, and wanted help from the Home Office to go back. His support for a voluntary returns process echoes Home Office efforts to persuade some of the estimated one million illegal immigrants in Britain to leave of their own accord. His organisation is now in talks with the department over how migrants with no right to remain might contact officials for help to return voluntarily. His remarks are in stark contrast to the fury provoked by the poster campaign among human rights advocates, refugee groups and left-wing politicians. The posters were mounted on vans driven around parts of London, and stating: In the UK illegally? Go home or face arrest. A text number was provided for advice and help with travel documents. An investigation into whether they were offensive and irresponsible was launched yesterday by the Advertising Standards Authority. The watchdog said it had received 60 complaints about the posters including that they were reminiscent of slogans used by racist groups to attack immigrants in the past. Mr Singh-Kandola believes the message behind the posters could have been delivered more softly. If it said something like, If you want to go home contact this number or assistance is available to return home I think it would have been the same message but delivered more softly, he said. Many from the Punjab and Delhi were stuck here, impoverished and unable to work, he said. Controversial: This poster campaign caused fury among human rights advocates, refugee groups and left-wing politicians Their plight is well known; they are sleeping very rough under bridges and in multiple occupancies, sometimes in sheds in the back of peoples gardens. 'We have been quite concerned about the abject poverty in which they are living. Many of them have been trafficked by unscrupulous agents who take a lot of money from them. Many illegal immigrants destroyed their passport once they arrived in the country, Mr Singh-Kandola said, making it difficult for them to go home even if they wanted to. It could take six or seven months to get replacement documents papers from the Indian consulate, he said. The Home Office could help them obtain a new passport quickly and buy them a flight home. Our discussions have been for those who want to go back home to facilitate that process in a humane and generous way. He said illegal immigrants were victims of hype which led them to believe they could live and work in Britain once they arrived. In fact they are stuck. They want to go home on a voluntary basis and what we need is processes to facilitate that. Raid: An Uzbekistani man who is said to have overstayed his visa was detained by UK Border Agency officers in a raid on a busy central London restaurant on Thursday Officials said the £10,000 cost of the poster campaign would pay for itself if just one migrant returned home because of the cost of enforced removals. Yesterday, Eric Pickles became the first senior Tory to raise doubts about the use of the vans, and said they should be rolled-out nationwide only if it could be proved they work. The Communities Secretary said: I will be looking at that evidence. I need to see some very persuasive evidence that this should be passed out nationally. If something like this has to happen it needs to be evidence-based. The Communities Secretary is cracking down on traveller sites which trash the countryside, with new guidance to councils on removing illegal camps. Prepared: The UK Border Agency sent three vans to Soho to seize the employee Mr Pickles said £60million was being made available to local authorities to help them act more quickly to shut down unauthorised encampments. He told ITVs Daybreak: We inherited a situation where the number of illegal sites had gone up four-fold and what we expect them to do is obey the law like you and I do. The idea that this is somehow an attack on the traveller community is not true. This is a very good deal for travellers. His department hopes the guidance will give local residents a stronger voice in getting authorities to take action against illegal camps, and prevent incidents like the £7million clear-out of Dale Farm in 2011 after a 10-year wrangle. Many have forgotten the old cultural values and honor we had for elders . There are a lot of things which western minded people would disagree but that doesnt mean those old things are wrong. Example - if someone crosses over Guru Granth Sahib Ji . Some will say something to that guy and b in peace . but it is absolutely unforgiveable.this actually happened. And nihang did jhatka of that guy. Just a senario Somethings are more comon sense and people tend to argue since it is not mentioned in rehat. 34. Firstly, Guru Sahib has stated the ages at which people are counted in the different stages of life: ਮਃ ੧ ॥ Ma 1 || First Mehl: ਦਸ ਬਾਲਤਣਿ ਬੀਸ ਰਵਣਿ ਤੀਸਾ ਕਾ ਸੁੰਦਰੁ ਕਹਾਵੈ ॥ Dhas Baalathan Bees Ravan Theesaa Kaa Sundhar Kehaavai || At the age of ten, he is a child; at twenty, a youth, and at thirty, he is called handsome. Chaaleesee Pur Hoe Pachaasee Pag Khisai Sathee Kae Bodtaepaa Aavai || At forty, he is full of life; at fifty, his foot slips, and at sixty, old age is upon him. ਸਤਰਿ ਕਾ ਮਤਿਹੀਣੁ ਅਸੀਹਾਂ ਕਾ ਵਿਉਹਾਰੁ ਨ ਪਾਵੈ ॥ Sathar Kaa Mathiheen Aseehaan Kaa Viouhaar N Paavai || At seventy, he loses his intellect, and at eighty, he cannot perform his duties. ਨਵੈ ਕਾ ਸਿਹਜਾਸਣੀ ਮੂਲਿ ਨ ਜਾਣੈ ਅਪ ਬਲੁ ॥ Navai Kaa Sihajaasanee Mool N Jaanai Ap Bal || At ninety, he lies in his bed, and he cannot understand his weakness. Dtandtolim Dtoodtim Ddith Mai Naanak Jag Dhhooeae Kaa Dhhavalehar ||3|| After seeking and searching for such a long time, O Nanak, I have seen that the world is just a mansion of smoke. ||3|| (Ang 138) Now there are many shabads where Guru Sahib talks about what activities a person is involved in at particular stages of life, from birth right through to old age. The below shabad is just one example - family life (i.e. marriage and children) is clearly placed into the THIRD stage of life - YOUTH, clearly distinct from the second stage of life which is childhood. The childhood stage of life bears no mention of the child having any responsibility, instead it is considered a stage of life where the child is completely under the care of their parents and is still being brought up. 36. Vaheguru has created a system of action and reaction. Everything that happens within that system is within His hukam. His Hukam and it's workings are so great that it is beyond our limited intellect. Everything that happens to us is a result of our past karams, but at the same time when someone does something bad to us it does not necessarily mean it is a result of our past karmas, maybe the aggressor has created a new bad karma by doing something bad and for that he will pay in the future.

  38. Badal? "Very Pro-farmer?" I've honestly hardly ever heard the two used in the same sentence. Only once by an overly simplistic peasant that eagerly campaigned for the success of the akali party. The statement is just as accurate as Rajeev's back when he claimed that Surjeet Barnala is "very pro-militant" in 1986/7 so he could thank him for his good work for the Centre and post him to Tamil Nadu and thereby impose his own Indian National Congress President's rule over Panjaab. Those on the ground would have a laugh if they heard that. "Very Pro-Bania" more like. It would be a hundred times more accurate. __________________________________________________________________ It's a sad indictment of the sheer gullibility, simplicity and hopelessness of our majority farming based community if they interpret the grant of free electricity to farmers as being "very pro-farmer". Forget the haryana government for one second. This guy Badal himself has been forcibly evicting farmers from their land in Panjaab in order to clear the way for his industrial friends and nuclear power plants to spread uranium poisoning among Panjaab's rural (Sikh) population! If Badal was truly pro-farmer, he could have stuck two fingers up to his own prestigious seat as super tout/stooge, and instead, stuck by his declaration of Khalistan at the United Nations in 1993/5, that he made jointly with Mann Sahib, Talwandi, Tohra and Capt. Amrinder; Thereby giving farmers the freedom to sell their own produce at prices set openly and fairly in the international market; instead of being dictated a price at 10% of the international level by the Indian Government and getting raped year on year like they do at the moment just because our so called "leader" in 1947 was an urban fella who couldn't give a flying f about our farmers and really just wanted to see the back of the muslims (fair enough, don't blame him for that bit) while gladly accepting his reward for ensuring the slavery of the Sikh Nation from his brahmin brothers in crime. Khalistan would be a truly "pro-farmer" measure. Unlike the petty sop that is free electricity (nobody pays their bills in india anyway, power is routinely stolen and the power cuts every five minutes anyway so it's not like free power makes any difference). __________________________________________________________________ But let's give the old crocodile a chance. Give us the freedom to sell our produce to whoever we like, wherever we like and we'll pay 3x over for the damn electricity. We don't need free electricity, we need freedom for f's sake! Out of the above five politicians, only Mann Sahib is still truly pro-farmer, because he's the only one out of the above five who has stuck by his signature and continued to advocate for the freedom of Panjaab's farmers. Unless of course, Badal has secured an amazing deal for farmers along the lines of Anandur Sahib Resolution without anybody realising and has kept it secret all along, only to reveal it on the night before election to win a record breaking sixth term. Gangsta. I await the news.

  42. Many Kala Afghanists/missionaries who have a habbit doing kintu prantu of genuine Sikh traditions say what can water in Darbar Sahib do that is so different than any other water. They need to see scientific research by Japanese scientist Dr Masaru Emoto who has proven that water can be effected to the molecular level by it's surrounding and even music. Sarovar at Darbar Sahib which has the divine Gurbani sung near it for hours is bound to be effected by it.

  43. When it comes to Kundalini yoga, 3HO cult wants complete silence and focus from the one's learning. But when it comes to singing of Gurbani, they encourage their students to make a complete mockery of Gurbani, by screaming, hooting, hollering and dancing. If today Sikhs want to say this behaviour is acceptable, then tomorrow do not be shocked when Gurbani is being danced to at wedding receptions. The ignorant just need a good beat and they will make a mockery of anything.

  44. One old Taksali Singh (forgot his name) proved in a multi-faith discussion how Sikhi is the most ancient religion. Baba Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale re-iterated the same in one of their interviews. You do mundan (shave head) you get a Hindu, you do sunnat (circumcision) you get a Muslim. But if you let a child grow up as nature wills, he will end up looking like a Saabat Soorat Sikh.
