He was in the Army Reserves for 2 years I believe.

Wonder if PTSD will be claimed?

Has he been a victim of abuse or violence himself ?

The wife has quite a resemblance to Sarah - not massively , but similar shape features , eye colour, hair colour

Elena Couzens, the wife of Wayne Couzens has been arrested on suspicion of assisting the kidnapping of Sarah Everard. Everard was kidnapped from South London on March 3, and her remains were found in Kent earlier on March 12. The mystery of her kidnapping is dominating British news, given that Wayne is an officer with the Metropolitan Police.

Elena is a Ukrainian-British scientist who married Wayne in 2006. She was arrested by the police on March 9 and later released on bail

Who is Elena Couzens?

Elena Sukhoreba Couzens was born and raised in Ukraine. She has a degree in biochemistry from the University of Donetsk. After graduating in 2003, Elana went to work as a laboratory technician in Ukraine before moving to the UK. In 2006, she married Wayne after the couple met online. She gave birth to a daughter in 2010 and a son in 2012. After moving to the UK, Sarah first worked at a Boots opticians store in Canterbury, Kent.

At the time of her arrest, the 38-year-old was working for Medical Engineering Technologies Limited, an engineering company in Dover, Kent. There seemed to be nothing extraordinary about the couple, who lived in Freemen’s Way, Deal, Kent. Elena was described as "chatty" by neighbors but didn't speak very good English according to their landlady.

The family visited Ukraine in 2017 and Dubai in 2019. Elena's mother, Nina Sukhoreba, is a retired teacher who lives in Kirovograd, 185 miles south of Kiev.

Everard's disappearance remains a mystery

Everard's high-profile case has gripped the nation since her mysterious disappearance on March 3. The working theory is now that Wayne, an officer with the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command, used his ID to lure Everard before kidnapping her. It is not clear what role Elena played, if any, in the horrific incident

So far, police are yet to ascertain a motive for the incident. A police statement said, "The man is a serving Metropolitan Police officer in the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command. His primary role was uniformed patrol duties of diplomatic premises. A woman, who is aged in her 30s, was also arrested on the evening of March 9 on suspicion of assisting an offender. She remains in custody."

As far as I know the term misogyny means "hatred or dislike of, or prejudice against women."

If a man who does not like women and mistrusts women and goes out of his way to avoid women. By this definition, him avoiding women can be seen as a misogynistic and therefore a hate crime.

This will be seen by many men as anti-male. There is going to be a backlash because it is going to create more misogyny not less.

We are creating a society which is going to be similar to muslim societies where there is gender segregation.

What this also means is that every male space will be infiltrated by women and then anything can be claimed as misogynist which will drive men out and make that male space a female space.

The men driven out will create another smaller male space which would have women infiltrate again and then misogyny can be claimed which drive men out again.

What you will see is men enmasse checking out of society altogether.

Then what will happen is the function that maintains society by men will fall apart.

And the women that claim misogyny will complain about "where have the men gone?"

They want men to actively fear and hate women and vice versa. Unfortunately, there are too many willing dupes on both sides who'll buy into the forced narrative. Guys unwilling to take the knee to women will probably end up the worst off.

Mina Smallman: 'I know what Sarah Everard's parents are experiencing

Mina Smallman, the mother of two women found dead in north London, has expressed her sympathy for the family of Sarah Everard – and questioned why the deaths of her daughters received comparatively little attention at the time.

Nicole Smallman and Bibaa Henry were killed in a park in Wembley last June. Two officers have been arrested and suspended after allegations they took selfies with the bodies.

Asked why her case had not received the level of outrage as Sarah Everard, she said: “Other people have more kudos in this world than people of colour.”

The Metropolitan Police said in a statement: “Our thoughts remain with the families of Bibaa and Nicole following their unspeakable loss."

"As part of a wider investigation into various matters, the Independent Office for Police Conduct is considering the actions of police when Bibaa and Nicole were reported missing. This follows a referral from the MPS’s Directorate of Professional Standards (DPS). “

A man has been charged with the murders of Nicole and Bibaa.

It moves when there is an agenda at play.   In this case it could be used to justify not allowing women out without a chaperone (as in Islam) for their own 'protection', despite the millions of CCTV cameras that were introduced to 'protect women'.

What would be the agenda here?

You mean corrupt, powerful people who don’t have actual criminal records ?

Problem is the underlying narrative of those promoting male banishment from public spaces are of the, "I don't need a man" mindset. They don't want men to chaperone them; what they want is to wander the streets doing whatever they like and at whatever time they desire. Any possible agenda will never involve a Sharia-type Islamic chaperone system. No chance.

Depopulation of women - they don't need them to procreate; they don't want them in their boardrooms.  So this would be a way of bringing them back in the home.

I was going to disagree with you until I remembered the recent controversy about trans women (men) in female sports, in essence forcing biological women out of competing. They're really going after women hard. I wonder why. ?

Castor Semenya is not allowed to compete now, that goes against what you are saying.

https://www.skysports.com/more-sports/athletics/news/29175/12228484/caster-semenya-to-fight-discriminatory-testosterone-ruling-at-european-court-of-human-rights

Caster Semenya has claimed World Athletics has made discriminatory attempts to restrict the ability of certain women to compete in athletics competitions.

Rules introduced by World Athletics in 2018 prevent some female athletes with naturally high testosterone levels from participating in competitions.

Semenya, 30, who signalled her intention to continue her legal battle in November 2020, has taken her fight to the European Court of Human Rights.
