You know what, acting 'conscious' is like an image thing for maybe most, that makes people 'cool' or 'down'. Deep inside, most don't actually have deep convictions towards the cause they affiliate with.

Honestly I do believe alot of these people are narcissistic. They thrive off attention and social media has given these people an amazing way to get as much attention as possible. This is why we see so many weird people on social media acting in the most absurd way because it attracts people with narcissism.
