Yeah, I'm wondering whether there is some stable state of existence for women. Some happy medium between wandering around naked on an island and the single PhDs of today who can never bear to live with a man.

I want to believe that was some previous Sikh era, where they were given the education, but directed to be able to read Gurbani not to undermine the fundamentals of society.

It is undeniable that women today are indoctrinated in college that marriage is an oppressive institution, having children is bad for the environment, etc.

Well the Sikhs didn't get revenge on the Poorbiyas immediately after the Anglo-Sikh wars. They bided their time.

Anyways, it's a fantasy to think that Sikhs have a hard fighting force of 10000, like the Chechnyans.

There are a lot of our people who are studying there (it's very difficult to get admission to medical colleges in India). They were not there illegally.
