nah the skin tone of his Arms matches his face so the full pic is of a real singh, but u can see all around the body of the singh its very sharp edges (pixels). Also u can see some pixels are black so u can see a black line around the singh which says that the original pic had a dark background and this whole pic was cut from it.

why would anyone cut out their pic and put it onto another pic with a window in the back?

whats hes really done is separate background and his own picture, then just added a watercolour effect to the background so no one can see his ghetto house (u can tell from the blur)
