You have an account on SS you GOI Agent and yet you have no understanding of the basics.  You ask me to share the basics...this implies you dont even know the basics

Look how entitled these feminists are.  To even ask for clarification for their opinions is to be an agent of a government who committed a genocide against the Sikhs. ? the feminist are the new white supremacist...how dare you ask me to explain myself? ?  It is a violent crime  against me to ask for clarification.  @ADMIN @MOD you better step in here, how dare @BhForce ask for clarification.   @BhForce should be banned forever from this site.

You need to understand that life is a mixture of free will, Hukam and karma. Its akin to a river. Where you are placed into the river at birth is due to your past actions, by the Hukam you are chosen to take a certain path in life which by your own free will you can choose to recognize or not. That being said, free will does have a place in Sikhi, just not in the absolute sense. We are a mixture of our past acts and the Grace of God! I hope this helped.

There are examples in Gurbani stating that free will exists. There are also examples stating that free will doesn't exist. One only has to look for themselves. Choice is a very real option in life. I am choosing to reply to you out of my own volition. God isn't putting a gun to my head saying reply to akalifauj's post. All that has been written about pre-ordained destiny refers to the fact we have a choice in either following it or rejecting it. Hence why Guru Nanak refers to the many netherworlds and many heavenly realms, designed for varying levels of consciousness. One needn't take everything written in gurbani at face value. It takes a discerning mind to know what is true.

Are you kidding, bro?

You mentioned that Japji Sahib discusses free will extensively.

I just very politely asked you to post them so we can discuss them, because of course a lot of teekakars have differences of arths on various tuks.

It's amazing that you leapt asking for a tuk to calling me an agent of the GOI.

FYI, someone asked me for "the tuk" in another thread just yesterday. So I just posted it (even though I had posted it before in the same thread). I did not berate them for daring to ask for a tuk.

If everybody already knows everything, then we can just shut down this board, right?

And also no need for teekas, because everyone already knows everything.

Does Vaheguru know what choice you will be making?

Present Gurbani to support your free will understanding.

Personally think Vaheguru knows every single option available to you, then you choose an option,  which will then depending on your choice will add good/bad karma.

Therefore YOUR God is not all knowing because he doesn't know what option the individual will pick.  The one and only Vahegu knows everything.  So find a better argument.

So you do not believe in good and bad karma? So if i sat in bed all day like a lazy bum, that is all Veheguru? ( Kum karan vich daridar nahee karnaa — Work hard and don't be lazy.) if I rape/kill/rob its all Veheguru? It seems like you want to take the blame off the person and just put it all on Veheguru.
