Are you sure you're not some descendant of a secret love child of Teja Bhausaria?

I will say again:

This is said to be the most authentic painting of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. It’s said that Mai Bhago painted/commissioned this painting and it’s kept in the puratan saroop of Sri Sarbloh Granth at Sri Haz

5ft 8 or 5ft 9 is about right IMO. Not short short, but we aren't talking He-Man stature. But like you said, it's only apne who seem to want our Gurus to be 6ft 5, pale-skinned, hazel-eyed dazzlers.

Brits medaled so hard that they made Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj the Guru? Please provide that info. If we had a living Guru we would know lol. We can look at the tension between the Tat Khalsa a

Guru Hargobind sahib's suche moti kundals (white pearl ear rings) are still kept at toshe khana of harimander sahib along with 100s of Gurus personal items. Kundals of Guru Har Rai are still with Ram Rai's descendants.

More often it seems you see Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaja sitting lotus but he's sitting seiza there.

What are the Guri or Punjabi words for "lotus" and "seiza"?

I think seiza pose is Vajrasana and lotus is Padmasana

Actually I've seen a few pictures of Guru Gobind Singh ji with tilak and earrings.  I've also seen his census entry describing himself as a Hindu Khatri.  From other information I've read, it was the British who deemed the Adi Granth as the Guru as they didn't want another living Guru to expand and eventually challenge them by recruiting more Hindus against them and overthrowing them.  So they wanted a way to create a divide and went about it in a very systematic way and eventually achieved their ends.  The Nirankaris were in dispute with them as they believed that GGS ji had retained the Guruship and not died in 1708, and produced various evidences as proof which they got discredited.

As for the wearing of earrings, it is in the Hindu teachings that piercings are beneficial for extra sensitivity as these were carried out in acupressure regions.  The same for having tilak (protect pineal gland) and toe rings for married women.  So have a scientific basis.

As for marrying within the Gotra regardless of religion, this was all changed by the Brits to make strict classifications so that they could decide on how to organise and control the masses, as has been reported by the BBC as well as extensively researched.

I think if the Gurgradi or Joti had passed to a person, as some say, it would have been obvious and would still be obvious.

Anand Karaj is necessary and specific. Not only spiritually is it different than marriage, but temporally.

Just one example. If you're having children in Kalyug instead of taking in children in Kalyug you're already involving the Karam of that. If you're birthing that child into a house where just the mother say is prepared for Dharam Yudh and the father isn't then not only is the child born in Kalyug but might lose his mother to Dharam Yudh.

It takes the mother and father both being Gursikhs to bring Gursikhs properly into the world according to the Karam of it. The consent structure.

Certainly the Nirankaris believe that to be the case and have created their own sect for the same.  There are/were claims to have met GGS ji in his new identity and seen his stomach scars.  Certainly his body was never found/cremated.

All the Gurus had such an impact as to leave no doubt.

I'm not sure I'm following you.  All his children had died or are you saying that wasn't the case?

No I'm saying that Anand Karaj is seperate, dinstinct and consensual. But you can look at the Gurus themselves. How can Guru Gobind Singh Ji give his childrens lives for a Paanth if Mata Sahib Kaur was not a Kaur?

It's personal.  But the Chinese has created a whole medical science on piercings, namely acupuncture, where surgeries can be done with the patient fully awake and not sensitive to the pain due to having the relevant meridians switched off for as long as 2 hours.

I'm with all that. I wouldn't do anything permanent to myself though.

If they can Jaap while being sawn in half I'll be more impressed. Or go Alok.

I guess to say it can be real and not needed by Guru Sahiban especially.
