Are jatts the most useless people on the planet?

Honestly I feel like sikhs should have adopted words from the Sri guru granth sahib ji as their last names instead of keeping these hindu last names. We wouldnt be in this mess if our last names were not associated with any caste.

That was the point of Singh/Kaur.

As for the topic: Casteism has always been prevalent in India long before the British arrived. The British simply took use of a clearly divisive system and utilised it to further divide and control the different populations of India. I hate to say it but DNA tests literally prove that certain castes have not intermixed for thousands of years. Jatts score different from Chamars, for example. Khatris score different from Jatts. Jatts score different from Tarkhans. I think casteism will never TRULY die in India, it's impossible at this point. If the Gurus couldn't successfully eradicate the caste system, how can we? Our community is divided more than ever and we don't have any strong leaders that would take it upon themselves to erase these centuries-fostered and culminated customs. 

What we can do is not mention all the time that one group is more useless than the other or put down any castes. There's absolutely no need to do this. Why create resentment? I'm aware that Jattism is promoting nefarious elements that ultimately contrast against the ideas of Sikhi. Whose responsibility was it to educate these Jatts? Their parents, right? Why do we have turban-donned men like Sidhu Moosewala encouraging violence, drugs, and who knows what else? 

The best we can do right now is acknowledge our community is not on the right path and instead focus on creating big, loving families who care and have a genuine interest in Sikhi. Sending Bunty to Kaneda and having him marry some Canadian Punjabi girl for PR to only pop out two kids max and forgo any semblance of Sikhi isn't the way to do it. Raising Kaka and never properly taking him to the Gurdwara or teaching him about Sikhi and then getting mad at him later when he barely knows Punjabi or wants to marry some outsider who is just as clueless as he is isn't his fault. Cause and effect. Something needs to be done. I heard my mother telling me that raising a lot of kids is difficult and that I should only have two kids. I absolutely refuse, though. Have a lot of kids but make sure to educate them. Although we may try our best to make them appreciate Sikhi, some children might not care. However there might be one that cares and grows up to be someone like Bhai Jagraj or any other great community leader imo. Make sure your kids are aware of casteism and how abhorrent it is. I think this is the only solution. Our older generations are too stubborn to change, at least we can try to change this mindset with new and coming generations.

It's going to be hard for Sikhi to grow to occupy anything resembling its' potential without tackling casteism. Going to be hard to get past racism if casteism isn't even manageable.

That's not true. Certain castes have a long history (that they don't even deny) of buying wives from perceived 'lesser' jaats.  Some are coming back with tests that prove that colonial eurpeans were impregnating their great grannies. 

Also, please remember that 'DNA studies' are not gospel. Remember that a lot of nazi scientists were taken into the US after the second war with Germans, and fast tracked into the high echelons of the  scientific community there, and I believe like to push out this skewed stuff due to their own objectives and agendas.

Some of the younger lot have become even worse than the olders now. Look, we've got caste identity propaganda being pumped out like never before - songs, movies - flying jutts, jut romeo and juliet etc., even Sikh studies in academia has been infiltrated.

It's true. I know you will try to deny it as much as possible. 

I'm saying that Jatts have been marrying other Jatts and retained their customs LONG before the British strengthened the divide caste has on India. This is literally impossible to erase. Jatts are actually a foreign population in India anyway but I don't want to delve too much into it.

I even took a DNA test myself.

There's also a countermovement spurring too. I've seen a lot of people call Jatts stupid, evil, the biggest opponents of Sikhi or whatnot.

@dallysingh101It's ironically people like you that mention Jatts in every other thread that make issues between castes worst. The truth is that literally all castes (if they're a Sikh) are still very loyal to Sikhi. There are more important issues like our decreasing birth rate and the wannabe assimilation to western ideals.

I don't believe it's true. I think most of it is made up. I don't think DNA tests are as useful as people think. That's why you get tests from different companies with varying results. Truth is that there is probably no 'Panjabi genotype'. We've just had way too much traffic through the region for anything like that. 

Plus Sikhs should check out the portrayal of Juts in Sikh sources like CP to get an idea of what they were like in Guru ji's time, before jumping onto ego-flattering, motivated later accounts pushed out by colonising goray.    

What did yours show btw (if you want to share).
