Dasam Granth Issue Behind Attack On Dhandriawale ?

Recommended Posts

Update 9pm 21.05.16 | "ਮੇਰੀ ਕੋਈ ਦਸਮ ਗ੍ਰਥ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ Statement ਦਿਖਾਓ" | DHADRIANWALE

As per this link by veer Singh559 , people who speak against dasam deserve to to be shot dead ? Guru sahib will be very happy with such talibanised 'sikhs' ?

Had these goons attacked someone like dhunda or panthpreet singh, people here will be cheering and doing jakare ?

Remember Aurangzeb ? He persecuted people for their beliefs and remember Guru Tegh bahadur - who stood up for their rights even though his own views were materially different from the hindus .

In Gurmat voilence is permitted only to prevent further voilence , e.g taking out indra or Beanta was ok .

So by this token , people who speak against dasam need to to be shot dead ? Guru sahib will be very happy with such 'sikhs' ? What's the difference between us and taliban ?

As far as I know, Sant Ranjit Singh never preached against Dasam bani. Dhumma followers are trying to find a pretext to justify the disgusting attack. Its all bs tbh

Exactly. Bhai Ranjit Singh jee believes in Dasam Bani. The attackers realize how bad their actions look with everyone naming and shaming them so now they are bringing in an unrelated topic like Dasam Granth.

If it was really about Dasam Granth, you would think they would target the real heretics like panthpreet and dhunda.

There is no Dasam Granth issue just RSS strategies for the Punjab elections. BJP/RSS want the upper hand in running the Punjab at the next elections, further running down Sikh institutions serves their purpose.

Yup as most of you have correctly concluded its BS from dhumma's camp and the worldwide sikh sangat can see it clear now.

He is in all but explicit words justifying the attack on bhai ranjit by making up excuses now trying to drag dasam granth into it when bhai ranjit never said anything against dasam granth. But even if he did or any scholar or paracharik did there is no way any violence is allowed to justifyed in the Sikh religion against anyone who has different views let alone your fellow sikh brother.

Dhumma in a video statement said bhai ranjit made a slur against the turban of the damdami taksal and so some of his students were angered and attacked him. Bhai ranjit never slurred against the DDT he pointed out dhumma personally for his shortcomings and failings. He never accused or slurred the damdami taksal. So is now Dhumma saying he is damdami taksal and damdami taksal is him?

So we can safely conclude that Dhumma is a keshdhari hindu government agent along with few of his brain washed and brain dead low IQ students who are defaming the Sikh institution of DamDami taksal.

Sikhs now need to form a committee to excommunicate dhumma and his associates from the panth and a new head of damdami taksal needs to be elected.

Straight pendu behaviour.

There are those of us who believe Sikhi is the way forward for mankind. Then there are these regionalised squabbles between the very people who are supposedly at the top of the Sikh hierarchy. We wonder why people laugh in our faces when it's suggested that Sikhi is the one true path.

Come on. If any Sikh ever needed clear proof that petty, villager type mentality has wormed its way into the very core of the panth and is strangling it by representing itself as 'Sikh thought' - behold....

Has it got to the point that people are using arguments about religious texts to execute one another? This is that anakhi pendu soorma, with a bandook on his mohda mentality gone wrong. It has no place here. The guy who offed that preacher even had the balls to say that others will meet the same fate.

With all the problems we face as a community in India (let alone globally), who the hell needs this.

If anyone ever wanted evidence that 'religious Sikhs' are a backward, narrow-minded, savage bunch of junglees, who can't be trusted as leaders for their petty thinking - they just got handed an ace card.

It all starts at the top and since our sri akal takht is not free and sovereign and we have a Indian govt agent as its jathedhar then he will not guide or unify the panth rather he will work towards his paymasters in punjab govt/ delhi govt.

And as no one respects the Jathedhar of Sri Akal takht . Thus at present anything coming from Akal takht he has little or no influence in Sikh circles.

And we can see without sikhi the punjab and surrounding states are in trouble with violent crime rising, debt riddled families, castism, jatha-ism, waters diverted, farmar suicides, drug mafia, land mafia, alcohol mafia, gangsterism hooliganism, capitalist consumerist society forgetting the lord, adharam atheism rising with no respect for dastaar or kesh. No love for your fellow Sikh never mind non-sikhs..... creating a dog eat dog society... a real mess without sikhi and real leadership from the top.

I have to add:

I've given up such illusions for the moment. At the very least though, I always thought that our community (at least) has a potential ability to defend itself in some worst case scenario in the diaspora (compared to many other communities). Then you see this. It's just simply petty, gratuitous violence like I would expect over some village land dispute between 2 pendu brothers - not between two preaching groups.

What the....

Ah well, as it goes with these dramas, they usually die down eventually, and things get back to normal after a while. It is unfortunate for the Singh that lost his life, as well as the sad situation for his widow and children. I hope Bhai Ranjit Singh ensures the children are educated (providing the necessary funds), and they can have a relatively normal life.

Bro, have you ever seen the Gundagardi that goes on in the urban centers of Punjab and the rest of India? All this assassination, kill for hire, gang wars. These are all urban traits. The Dundha attack plan with a gang hiding behind a shabeel and the assassin shooting precisely in the head, this has all the characteristics of an urban gang, or something you would see out of a God father movie. So the Pendus in this case are taking on urban gang traits.

While you do sort of have a point, most of gangs are comprised of village youth operating across Punjabs urban centers. They all head to the cities to make money, cant really go around robbing the village dikaahn that sells toffee crackers etc lol.

Dhumma should go now and the Taksal restored to how it was at Sant Jis time. Dhumma by acting as an Indian/Badal stooge has left the Taksal damaged badly, he may read the Dasam Bhani but he does not act by it.

bingo ! that was the point to tarnish the name of the Taksal in ordinary sikhs' eyes so that they stop listening to Guru Gobind SIngh ji's sikhia for the panth , to weaken Dasam Granth following to give more credit to 'non-violent' parchaariks like Dhunda , Panthpreet etc who will complete the mission to misguide the sangat to abandon true sikhi and Amrit .

Also the point I had made if it looks like a sikh, talks like a sikh but does not act a sikh , is it a sikh? the fact that he knows the rehitnamey intimately and yet does so many actions which make him not just tankaiya but adait tankaiya shows he has no business in the post of mukhi. Besides I think the best thing is to avoid corruption of the mukhi post again, have panj piare appointed from all the groups within DDT and then no one will have an upper hand

    • Well I guess i would have to wait till I get married and see how it is then lol But I dont share feelings with anyone  not even friends or family Its safer to keep feelings and problems to yourself, at least I prefer it that way and deal better with it. There are some things I would have to share though.  Its difficult to open up with people, iv done it a few times and didnt like it very much. To much info out like that   I dont like it. And I dont feel comfortable with that.  Iv only ever once had a deep conversation with a female but that's because she had similar problems at home  so I just opened up as well    it didnt feel that bad  because she could relate.
    • Women have gotten into the habit of getting everything there own way because they are women.
    • One of the singhs who was involved in vandalizing the statue didnt get arrested and he had a interview on ktv    he said that hes actually from a muslim punjabi family but took amrit and became a sikh.  Il see if I can find the interview
    • Its not just men though   women in punjab end up looking like christmas trees when they dress up       its just the culture there   it's very camp and over the top.  I remember my thias wife and her daughter asking me why most my clothes are black or dark blue.  Men there wear every colour of the rainbow.
    • ^^ Good answer above. Singh ji, you are setting an example for your house and you are laying the foundation for your future generations to come. So, if i am in your place, i will be careful with everything in the category of 1. Kaam 2. Krodh 3. Lobh 4. Moh & 5. Hankar. So, being a Sikh and Amritdhari it is our big religious lawful duty to be different than whatever the trend is going on in our society. We need not to be easily sway'd away from our guru's given path.   We are the chosen one. Remember not everyone out of thousands got up to give head when our Dasam patshah jee asked for the kurbani of giving up everything - materialistic life and enter the lifestyle of khalsa. The life of Pure. Pure from all PANJ CHOR.
