That time again where I talk about Child-parent toxic relationship so all here can prevent this from happening, either to your own children or maybe just you been/ are going through this without realising? As the child? So, a toxic parent can involve one or both parents; always criticising children's choices, constantly putting children down (make them feel like failures), WHATEVER the child does it's NEVER enough to please them, if another child goes on a course or opens Business it's fantastic and mind blowing! If own child does it, parent notifies them they will fail because they do not know anything about it. Can be more things on the list. The top list cov…

The RSS BJP Hindu Mentality on Social Media The RSS BJP Hindu Mentality is quite simple, if you want me to put it in short terms, it's this: Be stupid, and spread misinformation to cope, also if you don't have the time to read this, just know they're advocating for another 1984, another Sikh genocide on social media, we are only their friends when we don't speak up for our rights, or when we don't protest, they want us to be subjugated and to remain put while they step all over us, only then they'll ever see us as "friends" Currently these Hindu's are trying to state that Sikhism is apart of Hinduism, or they'll try to rewrite history where all Sikh warriors wer…

This is just my take on this There's an increasing number of Panjabis in western countries learning Bhangra professionally, making Bhangra societies in universities and holding grand Bhangra competitions. Although Bhangra is a hybrid dance done by males with modern hip-hop moves, women are also seen in these competitions & performances. Some parents in the west are encouraging their children to learn Bhangra from these academies. The reason they give for joining is Bhangra connects them with Panjabi culture and they feel "proud" seeing their children on stage. I don't think Bhangra is helping any western Panjabi stay connected with Panjabi culture. Dancing …

Very interesting and scary article I read from The guardian. Please share your thoughts. The drugs don't work: a modern medical scandal The doctors prescribing the drugs don't know they don't do what they're meant to. Nor do their patients. The manufacturers know full well, but they're not telling.Drugs are tested by their manufacturers, in poorly designed trials, on hopelessly small numbers of weird, unrepresentative patients, and analysed using techniques that exaggerate the benefits. Reboxetine is a drug I have prescribed. Other drugs had done nothing for my patient, so we wanted to try something new. I'd read the trial data before I wrote the prescription, and fo…

Years ago I questioned why the people of Punjab were generally taller, broader and more muscular than the other inhabitants from the Indian subcontinent? It bugged me for a while and at first my mind swayed towards superior genes with a combination of a high protein diets made up of Lentils, Nuts and Dairy. Then I started researching the diet of wrestlers of Punjab who were super strong with dense muscular bodies. Obviously their diets consisted of high intake of Milk, Nuts, Pulses and Clarified Butter but there had to be something else that these people consumed that aided them to acquire these strong physical attributes. Then it clicked! I remember speaking to elde…
