Waheguru Ji I have a son who is in middle school and I believe is experiencing bullying. He drops hints here and there to me but does not really open up and talk about what difficulty he is facing . He seriously dislikes school. I've asked him to write to this forum because, from what I've read, I think there are a lot of really cool and wise members here :TH: ---but he refuses. So, I've decided to post myself and find out if there is anything you all would suggest that I as a mother do to help him in this situation or if any of you have been in similar situation and how you handled it. When I tie a regular Dastar my ears dont hurt, but when I tie a round dastar they start to hurt after an hour. I tried coverning the ear half way, and then tried covering the whole ear but no luck. Then I didn't cover the ears at all but it didn't feel right. Has anyone else ever had this problem, I need some tips fast.

WJKK, WJKF! Sangat Ji, I find TV as a bad influence on me. I find it too easy to waste my time with it and also get sucked in and get bad thoughts after watching it. WJKK, WJKF!

Wjkk wjkf. Hello sangat jio, Im having a problem and i want some opinions/help. One of my Family membeers was Very sick with Depression in the past, and currently i worry alot that It can happen again. It was very hard for my family to deal with. What happens when u go for pesh to the Punj Pyarai? Do u have to tell everyone who is wanting to take amrit what u did wrong or do u tell the punj separately before the amrit sanchaar officially starts? Oh and do the Punj ask why u did what u did, or do they just accept that it was a lack of faith/bani/simran and therefore u were tempted.. Sorry for all the stupid qns - i'm just really scared, but NEED to go for pesh!

Okk... Im not sure if this might sound right to you guys... but i need to know if it is right to date girls. (im a man) It happens alot today but that does not mean it is right. Leaving aside Guru ji, the general question of taking afeem (opium) in limited quantities for war/medical wounds is simply unproblematic. When you go to the hospital, they give you morphine. What do you think morphine is? It's an opiate. Even codeine (cough syrup) is an opiate! Ever had a cough? Granted, it is against Gurmat to take opium or other drugs for the fun of it. -
Yeah, that's one possibility. Another I initially thought is that it's a Muslim trying to gather info. But then, you might ask, how does he know about Sikh textual sources. Well, you'd be surprised at their resourcefulness. A final possibility is he's a weak Sikh who was asked a question by a non-Sikh and now he's suddenly feverishly wondering where it's "written" that you can't marry a young child. To the latter, I would say, you're looking in the wrong spot.
