Any sikh who wants to get their point across through major media talk shows should first study how the media works. This was a classic example of how the media subtly enforces there agenda. The power of social media has levelled the playing fields of news content. The position mainstream media used to hold is no longer the case as people are now more aware that there is alternative forms of media that actually gives more balanced picture to events without state propaganda and interference against national ideological enemies.

So the BBC is going to be biased against British states perceived enemies because its UK government funded. Therefore getting the killings of Sikhs across in their news bulletins is not of any national interest to the British state or not news worthy. But strangely enough if a jew trips in israel its UK headline news, if a bear breaks into a shopping mall its headline news, if gay is slapped or is bullied in russia its UK headline news, if a feminist is victimised in an enemy or foreign state its UK headline news. The STATE MURDER of peaceful innocent civilian human life ie punjabi Sikh protesters or kashmiri muslim protesters in India wont even make it in the backpages of any mainstream western media news outlet because they do not see us as part and parcel of their white atheist-christian-judiac majority societies.

Until we make a fuss, until we force the agenda (like jagmeet showed us) to get on headline news or trending on alternative media then no f*cks will be given and coverage will be given. That's the way it works.
